They were on time and quick. When I called back a few weeks later to get something in writing for the insurance company they emailed me back within an hour. This type of fast service in South Florida is hard to find.

I apologize I am terrible with names, but the gentleman that came out from All dry, inspected my Garage and determined I did NOT have a leak anywhere (thankfully) and that the light coating of mold appearing on things was just due to the extremely high humidity in my garage. He suggested a number of ways to correct it as well as products to kill the mold already there. They did not charge me anything at all. So its a loss for them in the short game, but a big WIN for them in the long game. If I ever have an issue, I will be calling All Dry first! totally professional, knowledgeable and all around a straight up company to deal with. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone possible. Thanks again for the good news and the advice on how to cure my garage woes!

They were okay. I had some issues with follow up with them but as far as the services they provided to me that I paid for on Angie's List they were fine. I ended up using some additional things with them and I had issues with that. The workers were fine. They picked up after themselves when they left.

It didn't go so well. The guy who came by wanted me to call him after we had tried various things but his office didn't let me get through to him. The responsiveness was good the first time but after that, I couldn't reach him. The punctuality was also good.

It should be makeCLEAR IN THE EXPLAINATION that Thermal imaging ONLY works for HOT WATER leak detection. Our leak was cold water so we wasted our time with a guy with a subpar detector that told us he was not what we needed. He offered to refund the money but since he called back and showed up we said forget it. we should have let him refund the money.

All day was prompt, on time great complication check, and thorough.

We were very pleased with our experience with All Dry. Our first point of contact was with Sean Toffey who was highly knowledgable, honest and professional. He listened carefully to our needs and offered a few ideas and considerations in terms of what we were looking for and how best to address them. We needed the renovation carried out quickly and All Dry was able to accommodate that. Sean was readily available by phone each time I called him in the lead up to the start day of the project. The team arrived on time and we were highly impressed with the professionalism of Sean's entire team. They spent a great deal of time doing advance prep work so as to protect walls, carpets etc. They completed the project on time. We were absolutely thrilled with the end result and at how quickly/efficiently it was carried out. The team was so unobtrusive that at times we didn't even know they were in the house. The tile work was beautiful and we are very pleased with the new shower. The entire job was delivered in line with our expectations. Sean and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with; they have great interpersonal skills which is an important asset when choosing someone for projects such as these. I will be using them again for future projects and would not hesitate to recommend All Dry.

Excellent! They were in Davie from Deerfield Beach faster they any other company that was closer. Johnny was very professional, straight forward and easy to work with. Crew was very professional and did a great job sealing entries from mold and removing all cabinetry through windows to not bring through house. Owner gave his cell number and walked me through the whole horrible process from machines, noise and time frame of clean out etc. I would definitely call them again. Water damage to the home also resulted in additional mold damage that needed to be repaired. He does have his own contractor and repair man that seemed to know what he was doing and was prompt and helpful. We did not use him as we had additional problems once he started the project but he seemed reliable and helpful. Im not so sure that I would use the plumber again that initially called All Dry to the house as I felt he misdiagnosed the problem which caused further damage and expenses to the home.It is difficult to resolve issues with contractors and insurance companies and I would recommend that you check around for prices even if does seems like a very urgent matter. Overall we are glad the project is complete and satisfied with the services.

The shower pan was leaking into the downstairs apartment. They dried the room out. That aspect went fine. But in replacing the shower pan and re-tiling the shower, I'm surprised the foremen and supervisors didn't check the workmanship before insisting on full payment from me. 1. I told them to be VERY careful with the historic wallpaper and their workers ended up peeling off the wallpaper in areas and leaving it like that. I had to call a wallpaper expert who told me it was irreparable and all has to be replaced, but that wallpaper is not made anymore. 2. They took liberties on what tile to use on the floor of the shower and didn't wait for me to agree on it, even though I was very responsive and involved in other aspects the conversation throughout. It looks ok but I was waiting to decide with their advice whether it would look better to have the floor and wall the same or different. The next communication I got was that it was all done and they wanted payment. (I'm out of state) 3. Their tile people hacked away at the porcelain tiles that were on the face of the shower step and now they cannot be re-used to re-tile the step. As their own remedy, without consulting me, they used their cheap shower floor tiles there instead. It looked terrible because the rest of the bathroom floor is white porcelain and they used brown terracotta-color tile from the interior of shower. That had to be re-done. 4. When doing the dry-out, they removed floor board tiles in the side bedroom and never put them back. 5. They put the shower door on backwards, then had to reinstall. They didn't seal around the shower door. That had to be re-done. 6. After all the work was done, the water didn't drain. They had to send a plumber to fix that. 7. Two weeks later, the downstairs neighbor was STILL complaining about water dripping. It still leaked. They had to REPLACE THE SHOWER PAN THEY HAD JUST REPLACED! 8. When I asked for an itemized list of associated costs, they didn't provide this ahead of time, ignored that email and went in anyway and did the work. I had signed a contract to give them whatever insurance money I got, but that was for the dry out. I expected an estimated invoice prior to the work, or at least after. (I am also reviewing the insurance adjuster they recommended who is also on Angie's List: "Home Damage Adjusters"/ "Ruben Calas") 9. They fixed #3-4, but in the process, I had to change the design of the side bedroom which had those tiles; I agreed to using wood floorboard instead so they arranged for that and installed. Again, none of this would have been necessary if they had done the job carefully to begin with. The porcelain tiles and wallpaper from the 60s) is irreparable.

Over the weekend we discovered a discoloration in our bedroom wall and immediately suspected water damage. I called All Dry on Tuesday and made an appointment for the following day. All Dry was very professional and performed well. The contractor arrived on-time, was pleasant, and went to work. He investigated the water meter, as well as the house outside, and inside the house. He probed the wall with a meter and made a small hole to inspect inside the wall for evidence of the leak. He found the source of the leak and was thorough regarding the various parts of the construction impacted by the water. I was very happy with the service and would use them again or recommend them to a neighbor or friend.

Knowledgeable, thorough, professional. Was originally looking for confirmation of a suspected leak in our shower wall from us or the apartment above. Discovered an additional area that needed attention in the bathroom also.

I had a wonderful experience with Blake who came by to assess the mold on our bathroom ceiling. Based on what he saw, he recommended taking a look at a pipe from the A/C unit that appeared to run over the affected area in the ceiling because the water was most likely coming from there. He also recommended hiring a handyman to cut out the affected area and replace the drywall. Very professional, courteous and punctual and pleasant.

Workers (Felix & Carlos) arrived in a timely manner, very mannerly, and the job was reasonably priced.

On time - covered by insurance - done in 4 hours. Very efficient.

I bought a big deal for this service and it went very terrible. That person is not qualified. It is a young kid who does not know what he is doing. He said he used a moisture meter to test the water, but that was not true because you can test the moisture anywhere. So that one did not go well. The company was just baloney. They never gave me a report

It went fine. Everything went good. I had an issue with when they came out and did everything that they needed to do. They had the equipment and everything got right. They were very helpful. They gave me additional information on who to contact to setup a claim. The price was very reasonable. The insurance took care of it. The quality was fine and perfect. I have no concerns at all.

Blake said he could come over between 3 and 4 that day. I was very happy as was very concerned about a possible mold problem and would need to take care of as soon as possible. Blake told me that since I hadn't had any water damage or leaks, that it may not be mold, but he would come out and look. He arrived at 3:30, right in the time frame he said he would and was very nice and helpful. He did tell me he was quite sure it wasn't mold on the carpet, but perhaps some dye that came from the area rug onto the carpet. He explained all about how mold works and how, if it was mold, it would have spread elsewhere on the carpet other than under the area rug, and that I also would have noticed a musty odor. He tested in my showers for any water leaks. He was very pleasant, seemed extremely knowledgeable and would definitely use him if I actually had a mold problem. Highly recommend.

As above, I'm extremely happy to find an honest contractor out there and would definitely recommend him.

Very Professional. Found our Leak right away!

We had a pipe break under the slab of our house and woke up Monday morning to a flood in our kitchen family room and cabana bath, the water flowed in the two bedrooms. Blake and his crew came out by 9:30 in the morning and immediately looked over the damage and where water had started from. Unloaded all the equipment and began taking up base boards and getting ready to open some walls to help extract and dry up water. They were very professional and took great care of furnishings and household items. My mother is 98 years old and lives with us. They were very courteous and understandable to my mom whose dementia was pronounced with the flood. Blake and his crew were very patient and informative in what was a very stressful situation. They came back every other day to check how the equipment was extracting and drying. They removed equipment and clean up the floor and put furniture back. Very helpful team.

I called All Dry yesterday, to inquire about their service, license or certification, and how the $79 Deal worked. Kimberly explained to me that they inspect, and that I would not be billed unless a leak was found. Blake called this morning and we set a time. He arrived on time, was courteous and patient with me, listening to my explanation for the inspection. Being new to Florida, I had never heard of a public adjuster. That information is priceless. It went well.

Called and made an appointment. Next day Blake called, wanted to confirm the the time. Showed up, did the free inspection, offered numerous suggestions as to how to fix the roof leak, and left.
