They did an ok job. But they went directly through my insurance so they could get a lot of money. I believe they overcharged. I also would have preferred not to have a claim on my insurance. It affects my premium and it was not necessary in this case. It was a very small flood.

They were very good. They were fabulous. They came when they said they were going to come. They did the work, I was very satisfied. They got us an A/C company that is really top notch, I will only have them come to the house now. Even the next year I had a problem at my house in the closet, the whole thing came off the wall. They came and put up a new closet organizer for me. I would definitely recommend them. I have no idea on the price, everything costs a fortune down here in Florida. I couldn't tell you, I don't know if it was a fair price. Insurance paid for some of it also.

After the plumber finished the job, We needed moisture removal. From start to finish all of air dry is personnel were courteous professional & efficient.

Great! They don't use harsh chemicals, and there is no odor involved. The carpet came out clean and plush, and looks almost new.

This is the 2nd time I used this company. First, when I discovered the water damage. I will recommend this company to my neighbor that has the same issue. True professionals.

Team arrived quickly, set up machines, & came to pick up machines 3 day later. Price was not discussed, they referred me to billing office & that insurance will cover & hoping the insurance does not charge me anything & no deductible & pending mold inspection. Wish machines made less noise!

From the first conversation with Bernard, I felt comfortable, relieved and confident that the problem would be resolved. The property belongs to my mother in law who was hospitalized. I was visiting her from out of state and had limited time to take care of the mold and oversee the installation of a working kitchen. The crew who came were considerate and very professional. They showed great care and respect for the home. Bernard sent me pictures and daily updates of the entire process. Not only was this portion completed in a timely manner but Bernard has been instrumental in securing proposals from contractors for walls, cabinets, counters and plumbing. I was experiencing some musty smells whenever my AC unit kicked on so I called All Dry to have someone come and do a free inspection. Blake came out free of charge and took a look at both units - he recommended having the coils and vents cleaned, and listed off a few different ideas as to why the air was smelling funny. Blake was professional and very nice! Although I only had the free inspection, should I have any issues in the future where I will need remediation I will be contacting All Dry USA. Thanks guys!

All dry USA-We had a great experience with all dry USA. They were professional, punctual and really facilitated the entire process for us.

All dry came within hours of the damage occurring & brought in the drying equipment. Felix did all the readings the first day and was very professional & efficient. Javier came back the 2nd & 3rd day to take the readings & clean up & remove the machines. He was so helpful & professional & answered all my questions. It definitely gave me peace of mind to know the job was done correctly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company & these professionals.
