Great! I suspected a water leak in my Master Bath ceiling and called All Dry USA. Javier came out promptly; and within an hour, he had two of his men up in my attic. It turns out I didn't have a leak and had no water damage. There was no charge for this service! I would highly recommend All Dry USA.

I contacted All Dry USA, Boynton Beach, for a quote to perform water mitigation services after Hurricane Irma in September, 2017. I didn't use All Dry; I used another company. All Dry has since been sending me invoices for the services they did not perform. In response to these invoices, I made a call to All Dry to the Accounts Receivable Department two or three months ago. I received a verbal response that this invoice would be voided. However, on February 5, 2018 I received an email with the invoice attached, and once again asked them via email to check their records. Then on February 10, 2018 I received the invoice in the mail with the advice of contracting my insurance company to resolve the matter. This is what I would like to add: Update: On February 12, 2018, I received a phone call from All Dry USA, apologizing for the error. In addition, I received a copy of the revised invoice, which was properly voided. This resolves the matter.

All dry was prompt and professional. They were well educated and I felt especially at ease knowing they would handle the nightmare that was my bathroom. They made the process easy by billing my insurance directly, I simply made a claim and let them handle it from there.

The experience that I had with All Dry was practically perfect the people that came to my house were very thoughtful they got everything done in the amount of time that they said they would. I would definitely recommend them 100%

Project manager communicated what and when work would be done. They showed up as they said and did a good job when they did. The closet looks great and especially the work that Neil did that was on punch list. I would definitely use them again for any other issues they handle. Everyone that came to do the job acted in a professional manner.

I called the Company numerous times, was given the run around and still no estimate materialized. After about the 6th or 7th call, I decided never to call again, never recommend this Company and, if asked by friends or family, I would make sure they know about my experience. Finally, I sent Aaron an email today, asking where the written estimate is, but I do not expect to hear from ALL DRY USA ever again.

I don't have a grade for the price because the insurance company paid for that. They billed directly to the insurance company. Quality was good.

The overall experience was excellent. The entire team was professional, courteous, helpful, expediant. A top notch crew with special mention for Maurice & Jesus.

All dry arrived in timely manner, Havier explained entire procedure in detail, and setup equipment. Returned on date and time to pick up equipment. Entire All Dry team was pleasant, professional, and made a scary experience tolerable.

All Good Plumbers- fast & friendly- came to replace water heater saw water damage & called All Dry, who came out right away. Bernard Micalizzi inspected & sent crew w/fans... set up right away. Sam & Javier returned 3 days later for pickup. They were prompt, professional, courteous... I'm happy with the service all the way around!

Perfectly! Always on time and so helpful and friendly, careful with placement of cords and machines, concerned for my safety (taping clean tubing down). They made an uncomfortable 4 days bearable and truly a pleasure.

Broken hot water heater. Sunday - Plumber came, replaced broken water heater, called All Dry. All Dry came very soon, removed any standing water, put in drying fans. Came back.

Contacted All Dry on Thursday May 18, 2017. Sam & Josh came and were extremely professional. They explained everything in detail. On pick up day Maurice & Javier came and were friendly & professional.

Entire condo flooded from upstairs unit. I called All Dry. Within hour of incident, they set up machines, blowers.

Maurice & Felix installed humidifiers and fans, very thorough and professional excellent service!! pick up on time and very nice and respectful technicians!! :)

There was a leak coming from our AC. The leak caused our walls to get soaked. I called Alldry, Josh and Sam came the 1st 2 days. They were professional. Maurice and Xavier came after, and were also very professional and answered all my questions. Very satisfied with their service.

They arrived on time, set it up. Explained to me what is being done- came to pack it all up and cleaned up.

First, AllDry referred a wonderful mold inspector, who tested and found we need remediation. From then on AllDry took over and got it done for us. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly, but Rob deserves a special shout out for going above and beyond in being available to answer all our questions quickly and being extremely attentive and service oriented. Now we are working with a recommended contractor to get the room back together.
