Description of Work: I am living in a nightmare. They were recommended to me by my public adjuster. Total insurance scam. In kahoots with the public adjuster. They came into my house, my son's room, and did a mold remediation. Took out walls and left it at that saying they were finished with the job. There are literally no walls left. I can see from my laundry room into my son's room, which now has 3 times the level of mold that is acceptable in livable conditions. When they left I asked them specifically if I could do laundry and employee named Felix said everything was good to go and I could do laundry. 9:30 that night I had a second flood in my house. Called company back out. They showed up 2 and a half hours later. Blake came out the next day to observe the work and the damages. Never heard back from them again and that was on 12-16-15. I contacted another employee and he came to my house and observed the damages, said they wanted to make it right, but we are not going to cover everything because of my insurance. Somehow or another I got in touch with, who they say, is the owner Ben. Played phone games over the phone like I was completely ignorant for 5 days trying to come to some form of negotiation and then said they were not responsible for it and have not heard from them since. All they said was they wanted their equipment back and they were going to put a lean on my house as their equipment was still there and we were out of town. Kept calling my home phone from out of area numbers and they said they were putting the lean on the house because they said I was holding the equipment hostage. They were going to charge me daily rates for "holding their equipment hostage". I have not heard anything from them since. They posted a review acting like they were me on 1-15-16 saying I was satisfied with their service knowing that I was not happy in the least bit. All the time we were talking to them he kept saying file it through insurance and let them pay for it knowing they were responsible and liable for the damages they did. They would not provide their insurance information to me as they were the ones who would decide as to whether it would be paid or not. And yet again still waiting to hear back from them. They have given me no other recourse other than to at this point contact a lawyer.

Description of Work: We hired this company to dry out the base and wall boards.

Description of Work: I called All Dry Restoration twice - once towards the end of 2013 and once in February 2014 - to inspect what I thought was a leak in the ceiling. Both times, Blake came to the house promptly and checked the ceiling for moisture. Fortunately, it isn't an actual leak and is only a soft spot in the ceiling.

Description of Work: My roofer had left me in a lot of real lurch. Blake was ready to come through for me and only 15 minutes away when my roofer did finally call me back after a week. My new roof that the roofer was in the process of putting on was leaking like a faucet. Blake was willing to come out and put a tarp on it for me so that no further damage could occur until I could find a solution. He was very willing to offer me a special price since I was in a lot of trouble with all the recent rain. Blake goes to the top of my list should I ever need his services in the future.

Description of Work: Installed fans and dehumidifiers to dry walls and ceiling after water damage, to prevent future mold formation.

Description of Work: They dried up my walls, found me a plumber and an adjuster. Everyone that they recommended was also really good.

Description of Work: I got in touch with All Dry Restoration and they came same day to place fans, tubing attached to a machine that sucked the water out of the walls, and an air filter/humidifier type machines in and around my kitchen and living room since a kitchen flood soaked my baseboards, lower walls, lower kitchen cabinets, and floors. The equipment was left to dry everything out for about 2-3 days. After it was all dry they came to pick up the equipment. Very soon after they picked up their equipment, I had to call them to come back because, oddly enough, some pipe in my bathroom sprung a huge leak. They came right back over and placed the drying/water-sucking/humidifying equipment in my bathroom and one of the bedrooms where the water leaked into. They also removed yucky, wet baseboards and some wood flooring so that their equipment could dry everything properly and really get into the wood that is in the walls behind the baseboards, which was also wet. I was amazed at how quickly mold grows just a few days after the water hits the walls and baseboard, plus they discovered that inside my walls there was still a puddle of water even though I had placed my own fan aimed at the walls before deciding to call them. I am glad I called them because there was no way my one little fan could have possibly done what their big fans and equipment did.

Description of Work: We had a pretty extensive leak inside of the wall connected to the dishwasher in the kitchen. The renter went out of town not realizing there was a leak and turned off ac unit. When he got back it was full with mold. All dry helped me document all of the damage, contact the insurance adjuster, gave me a reasonable price and I choose them over two other companies whose price was higher and they arrived an hour later. They had to redo plumbing connection between dish washer and wall. Redo the kitchen wall with new dry way and paint it. The had to take off several sections of the kitchen cabinets and replace them. They had to clean up the water on the ground and then remove the mold that was growing almost everywhere on the surrounding walls. It took them about five days and around $12000 total. I have not got back my check from the insurance company and it should cover everything. They were good at their jobs and I would use them again, Peter

Description of Work: Our garage was flooded. All Dry dried out the garage with a dehumidifier and multiple fans, moved all of our stuff out of the garage and then disinfected the floor and the walls.

Description of Work: I didn't pay anything they work directly through your homeowners insurance policy (that was extremely helpful), so there's NO out of pocket pay the homeowner has to come up with. They were extremely professional and answered all questions we had. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
