Went great. Guy that came out was professional, friendly and helpful. He was honest in his suggestions and made me feel like I was being taken care of by a friend.

All Dry was prompt, respectful and got the job done. They made sure all moisture was gone before removing all their equipment. They were able to save my walls without my having to cut and replace them. Their technician was courteous and respectful, and they did all this during the holidays, which was amazing.

Blake and the rest of the crew were patient, kind, and thorough. Instead of destroying everything just to get the job done (and requiring me to spend more money) they approached the mold remediation in a calculated and thoughtful manner. Kimberly in the office was responsive and was a great communicator. Blake was on the job more often then not and was, at all times, reachable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

They called me a couple of hours before they showed to let me know they were attending at the scheduled time. When they got to my home the first thing they did was presented themselves and asked how was. They asked me questions about the leak and explained how they were going to find and repair the leak. Before they would do anything they'd ask me if it's ok and explain why they were doing it. They also cleaned up after themselves without needing to be reminded or asked. I definitely will recommend them to others and use them further in the future. Thanks Blake and Zsolt for the help.

Amazing responsiveness and thorough care. Blake was onsite for every step of the nightmare process (water damage, mold remediation, repairs). He explained and showed me his work and set up all of the resulting work in a timely way. He went out of his way to make me feel as though he was my partner through my flooding nightmare. He was able to find ways to save me money and aggravation! His workers were efficient, clean, and pleasant. Highly recommend him!!

I was very impressed by the customer service. Blake came down to meet me in Kendall from Deerfield Beach on new years eve! He and his crew were efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and they put me at ease. Their process was simple and they got the job done. I appreciated that Blake called me back if I missed him and he followed up with everything. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs their services. I was impressed with the customer service and I am extremely happy with the results of their work. They were able to get everything dried and cleaned up in a short space of time.

This is my first time working with alldry and I must say, they present a very professional and customer-oriented organization. Their teams were very helpful, easy to talk to, and truly knowledgable. The lead technician (Zsolt), was extremely insightful and tenacious while on the job, and walked me through each part of the process. Their management team is extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating! I feel like they genuinely want to satisfy the customer and will go out of their way to do so. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

It went well. They came on time and did the inspection. They then advised us to check with a window repair company to help us with the issue. They were professional and courteous.

these ppl are ducking theives, they refuse to provide any documentations for the cost of doing dry out or even the cost of the plumber they sent out to fix leak. only to find out they billed the insurance company over $3600 , then all dry called me telling me I owe them $750 for plumbing. total loss estimate by insurance was $7000 , all dry got $ 3600+ the $750 they want me to pay them, so after deductible , I'm left with about $1800 to repair all the damages to my home. do not use this place they are theives. all along I asked for documentation and they refuse to provide same only to be going this this.

Tarped the entire roof to control multiple leaks. Mission accomplished with one false start and a good finish.

Super Blake responded with his thermal imaging tool and made sure he properly dried out all of the proper areas. This company was always prompt and on time. They actually arrived when they said they would and I would highly recommend them. Competent Trustworthy Awesome! I wish my experience with all workers were as good as this.

Great. Technician did the leak and moisture detection with a thermal equipment on my 3 bathrooms, kitchen, water heater and laundry area, and the air conditioning closet. I will use them again.

In October of 2014 during the nightly storms, the roof started leaking of my Mom's residence. Water came through the ceiling and damaged the walls. I called All Dry Restoration on an emergency basis and they immediately reacted to help. Kimberly from All Dry explained the process and the very next day they were out to measure the water damage and set up the drying process. They also arranged for a roofing company to provide tarps covering the leaking roof. Also, they put us in contact with a public adjuster who is working with our insurance company on our behalf. Furthermore, they did exactly what they explained to us and on time. This is a company that does what it says it will do. I give them kudos for that in this day and age and highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

All Dry showed up on time, found the leak, then contacted a plumber to fix the leak within a couple hours of discovery. All Dry then dried out my apartment and provided valuable information for my insurance claim. Because of my homeowners policy, both All Dry and the plumber are billing my insurance company directly. I am now awaiting information from my insurance claim. In addition, All Dry followed up multiple times to make sure all of my expectations were met. All of All Dry's employees were very professional and actually cleanup up after themselves. All Dry exceeded my expectations of how this service would be accomplished.

Ben was incredibly responsive, punctual and professional. We spoke for the first time at 5:15 on a Wednesday evening and he came to our home at 8 the next morning - even though he had a packed schedule that day. We were very grateful that he fit us in and spent at least 45 minutes inspecting the area, discussing options and offering advise in unrelated areas around our new home. Ultimately, he advised that we did not need to hire them because the area would likely dry on its own without professional assistance. Even though we did not hire them (or anyone else), the complimentary consultation was incredibly helpful and we will certainly call them if we ever need the services they provide.

Very well. They were very professional and courteous. We have been trying to find a company to come out and tarp our roof and they came to the rescue. I would definitely use their services again. I give them an A+++ rating.

Contacted several companies on Angie's List for estimates. Water had already been extracted and we needed the drywall removed and the area dried out. The ones we heard from all came in at about the same price. At this point, we had already paid Stanley Steemer $2,000 to extract the water and were looking at least another $2,000 or more to dry out the area. We have flood insurance. Blake at AllDry referred us to a public adjuster and wrote up a contract where if the insurance didn't pay it, they would accept a designated amount. We came to find out this is "owning the claim." This is only helpful to the contractor not the customer. We never saw the bill that was submitted to the insurance company by All Dry. When the insurance did pay out, it was based entirely on All Dry's submission and was more than the agreed to amount. They wanted to take the entire payout including the $1,000 deductible so we would be out of pocket. We got the billing from the insurance company and there were items that were not done, equipment that was not used, poor workmanship, damaged tiles and electrical outlets. ALL Dry told me they use a software program that the insurance company uses and that's how the bill was submitted. Apparently, the insurance company doesn't care either. It's a matter for us to settle with All Dry. Now, after 4 months we have come to terms with them and feel we paid the right price for the services. This entire process is not in the consumer's best interest. One of the reasons we selected All Dry was because they were on Angie's List Honor Roll.

I was very pleased with them. It was surprisingly easy with them. They are not known for their honesty but the people were wonderful.

Came out right after calling and put up heat dryers and large dehumidifiers to take the moisture out of the house and arranged for someone to come out and tarp the roof.. Blake was incredible, thoughtful and very considerate to our concerns. We have never had an insurance problem before and he took care of all of the arrangements for us. I don't know what we would have done without him. This company is a miracle worker and I would recommend them to everyone. It is in my rollerdex and should be in yours.

They were excellent. They were very good. They did a good job. They came within 2 hours of me making the call. They were very professional. Their price was probably competitive, but it was done through insurance.

Came at exact time promised. Was very professional and personable. Entire team was pleasant and a pleasure to work with. They followed up with home visits and phone calls to make sure everything was going as planned. They placed numerous high power fans and dehumidifiers in strategic places after removing marble baseboards so that the air could circulate to dry walls , carpeting, and cabinetry.
