Mitch has stuck with me since 2022 right after Ian, waiting for the insurance check. He would touch base every moth or so. Finally in June 2024 the check came and Mitch and Top Hat Roofing was the only company I was going to hire. His commitment impressed me. His dedication and professionalism was outstanding. He and his men completed the job very quickly even though it seemed to rain every minute. His guys cleaned up like they were never even there! I was shocked at the level of determination to make sure my yard was clean. My ceiling had fallen in in 2 places due to that 3 day rain in early June in SW Fl. this was 1 week after the check came. Mitch came loaded with fans for me and a dehumidifier to help dry up the water. He went above and beyond for me. This is certainly a company you can trust to put a roof over your head and then some! Top Hat Roofing is a Top-Notch, First-Class roofing company that specializes in roofing. Mitch is the ultimate professional and a genuinely nice, caring person who pays attention to detail, listens to what you have to say and gets the job done with the degree of experience he and his tradesmen have. He also is very honest in his appraisals and is very fair in his pricing. We had about 15-20 inches of rain this past week and it exposed a bad leak in the roof. I called and explained my situation with the leak in the roof and Mitch was kind enough and cared enough to come out that same day within a few hours to listen and see what had happened. He knew exactly what was wrong and knew what to do to fix it. He sent Isidro out to me within 2 days. Isidro is an expert in roofing. He spent the day fixing and then finding more issues with the roof and fixed them also. He is a master at this and it showed with how he paid attention to detail and was able to correct all of the issues with the roof. I have dealt with other companies that don’t come close to this one. I highly recommend them as a Top Roofing Company in the area. You will not be disappointed.
