+ -1 moreI had no isses with their employess only with the two brothers who are the owners. All instances noted were witnessed by my general contractor.
Description of Work: As part of building my new home I contracted with Timo Brothers to install a brick driveway, marble pool lanai and construct a wall approx. 24-30 inches high and 65 feet wide. I was satisfied with the job done on the driveway and lanai but very dissatisfied with the landscape block wall. Even before it was completed the wall sank about two inches. They knew the lot was built on fill but did not install a footer to prevent sinking. They refused to redo or repair the wall. The worst part was the manner in which the two owners addressed the issue. Their method was to scream and yell to intimidate the customer. There was no way to discuss the issue with such bullying. I have NEVER had a contractor speak to me in such a demeaning way and have never had a man speak to a woman with such a loud, rude and abusive manner. There was no way to resolve the problem since there could be no further communication.

+ 0 moreThey gave me the best price. The crew was good. There was a warranty on the work. Then one of the corners and edges failed. They came and said that it wasn’t under warranty because we drove on it. I thought they would come back and fix it, as it wasn’t a big job either. They wouldn’t fix it and I told them that I didn’t drive on it from the first day they told me not to drive on it. The work was good initially but they did not honor the warranty. The price and the quality were good. They did the job when they said they were going to do it and finished it within the timeframe. The owner’s attitude was very unprofessional. I would never use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used Timo Brothers a year ago to put 8000 square feet of pavers.

+ -1 moreThe estimator who came out was very professional. I didn?t have any problems with him. I thought that the price was little high but I don?t know how his work is. I didn?t really do a lot of research about the company. I would use their services again once I see more feedback and detail about the company online.
Description of Work: I received an estimate from Timo Brothers about a month ago for installing pavers on my driveway, in my foyer and in my lanai.

+ 0 moreOnce started, it went pretty much according to their estimated timeframe. Since we speak Spanish, this helped a lot with the workers. Providing coffee in the AM and sodas/water in the PM is a tremendous advantage to their willingness to do a little extra!
Description of Work: Installed pavers on top of a concrete Lanai and repaired our driveway to the street by re-setting the pavers.
