We worked with the Ft Wayne, IN team - Dave was very helpful in assisting us in chosing the best window covering for our custom window. He was very knowledgable in explaining the different options and provided a variety of options to us. Caleb did our install - he did an excellent job installing our new shade and very respectful of our home and property. They were both very professional and prompt. I would highly recommend and would definitely hire them again for any window covering needs!

SunCoast Blinds was an absolute pleasure to work with!! Ben was fantastic when explaining the various options to us when we met with him at the showroom. Then when it came time for install, Matt and Heath were great. They were on-time, courteous, friendly, and super good at what they did. Afterwards, they explained how to use & care for our new window treatments (Plantation Shutters and Electric Roll-down Shades). I can't speak highly enough about this company & recommend them 100% percent!

Great product and customer service. I had the blinds installed a year ago. Recently bugs died on my blinds and left a stain. I contacted Dave to learn how to remove the stains safely. I purchased the product he recommended, but I couldn't get the stain out. Dave set a tech to my house to take care of the stain. The tech not only removed the stain I was aware of, but he took the time and checked the rest of my blinds, found other bug stains and cleaned those too. Dave not only sells a great product, but he stands by it too.

Ben and his crew at SunCoast Blinds did a great job for us. Fair price, professional and efficient install, courteous of our home and cleaned up well after they were done. I would highly recommend and would use them again.

The estimator listened and provided great recommendations. They delivered in the timeframe defined and made sure everything was right. When there was a small dent on the electronic blind cover, they addressed it without our needing to ask. The plantation shutters look beautiful. They are easy to clean and operate. Would definitely recommend them for great quality, service and value.

Great listeners, incredible knowledge and outstanding customer service. We had blinds and two sets of barn doors installed. Installation was quick and meticulous. We love that the barn doors match the modern feel of our home - wood and glass panels. Ben was quick with his follow-up and we were happy to share with him how pleased we were with all aspects of the jobs.

The salesperson arrived on time and was helpful making suggestions about coverings for my french doors. The job was completed in the time promised. The installers were professional and cleaned the area after they completed the installation. I was given instructions about operation and charging of my new shade that were accurate and clear. The warranty on the shade and electronics are excellent.

He was extremely accommodating and professional. SunCoast installed the window shutters on time and the installers were very professional, courteous and pleasant on the job. Their work was completed in a timely manner and they explained the operations of the shutters upon completion of their work. I wish I had more windows for SunCoast Blinds to furnish their beautiful shutters. I highly recommend SunCoast Blinds. Ben was excellent to work with. He has a nice showroom where you can select various shades. He educated me about many deciding factors of various options. Shades arrived on time. They were installed by excellent technicians. They came when promised. After installation the work areas were cleaned very well. One of the shades was not programed well. Ben arranged a representative from the manufacturer to come and fix the problem.
