Sisters in Grime Cleaning

Description of Work: Set up appointment by phone with very pleasant woman. But when team arrived, much later than the appt. time, over two hours. Team was not two women, but a man and woman. I felt like I was on the end of a telemarketing call. Man was brusque, aggressive non-stop talk until I interrupted saying I wanted to ask some preliminary questions. He ignored me. I then asked to take the walk through only with the woman. He left like a kid having a tantrum. The woman, claiming to have 19 years in the business, cracked her gum and held her hands on her hips during the entire walk through. When I asked her the rates for cleaning my two bath two bedroom unit, she hemmed and hawed and said she'd get back to me on that. When she called that evening, she said they had decided not to take my business because it was not worth their while. I told her since I had found Sisters from Angie's List I would not be able to give them a good review. She said fine, didn't matter to her, they had plenty of business.
