Very impressive. Chris Ramsey's knowledge of, experience with, and enthusiasm over the organic products he uses were apparent in my first and subsequent contacts with him and throughout the service appointment. He was unbelievably thorough at my residence, first with his assessment, then with the actual treatments. The bi-monthly plan (the dollar amount shown above reflects prepayment of an annual program; there is also a pay per treatment option available) that we settled on addresses all my concerns, and I am looking forward to having pest management and lawn fertilization that do not make my pets sick and threaten them and my family members with long-term effects on their health. (A bonus: Before the first treatment, Chris provided online sites through which I could research the products he would be using.) I switched to RPM (on the recommendation of two peers who are very satisfied with this company) because my pets exhibited gastric distress and inflamed paws from previous lawn treatments; the dogs showed no signs of any problems with the products Chris used. Update 8/16/2003 It's been 7 months since I began using Ramsey Pest Service and I continue to be very pleased with it. The pests remain under control, and my lawn is healthy and beautiful. Best of all, no reactions by my dogs to the organic products!
