Can't say enough in support of this business. They are prompt, and provide a quality installation. They've been in business for a long time and this is the second residential roof they have done for me. Cleanup is excellent. Nothing of the old roof remains, not even roofing nails. Was waiting for an Estimate for more than 1 week, called couple times they promised to send it the next day. That never happened. Wouldn’t recommend!!

Rising Star Roofing was very responsive to coming out to quote my job, but that's where things really ended. I've had to email multiple times since July to try to get them out to fix my roof (still hasn't happened). It gives me the feeling that they don't place a priority on smaller jobs which is disappointing. Would like a chance to increase this review if they'd actually come out to do the work. Upsetting especially after all the great reviews they seem to have online. Update: Rising Star came out and took care of the work free of charge. I understand they were backlogged due to the latest storm. The team was really apologetic and Chris even discussed exactly what was going on with the roof.
