The plumber, JJ, correctly identified the location and source of the problem, and he informed me of the price of the repair before he started the work. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner.

I called in to Plumbing Nerds on a Monday to have someone come out and check on a major issue. There was a foul odor lingering in both my bathrooms. They set an appointment for 2 days later - about the same as other companies I'd contacted. They called to let me know when the plumber was on the way. The Plumbing **** they sent was Jimmy C. He wore a Plumbing Nerds uniform and his vehicle clearly displayed the company's name and logo. Jimmy listened to my explanation of the issue and then told me what he thought could be causing the problem. He explained what he would do to try and locate the problem and at what point a fee would be charged to proceed. He answered my questions and explained everything as he went along. He invited me to observe him work and pointed out problem areas as he located them with the drain camera. He then went over some different options to remedy the issue. I went with the service he recommended, he completed it that same day, and the foul odor has not returned. Clean up was minimal because Jimmy cleaned as he went along and wore green shoe covers to keep from tracking dirt into the house. Jimmy was polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and customer service was amazing! The pricing was fair and I will use Plumbing Nerds for any other issues I may have and would highly recommend.

He was very nice and professional. Though I didn't hire him for the work, he did help me change a few light bulbs!!! I can recommend him, but he is a bit pricey, depending what is needed done.

The guy worked quick and friendly & courteous, but I think $260 is way too high.

Badly. Company was reluctant to give me a definitive bid for the job. Initially the plumber spent three hours on the job and was able to finish the kitchen re-piping and install two bathroom sink faucets. For the three hours I was billed $810.00, which comes to $270.00 an hour, and the owner demanded that I pay that amount before he would agree to have his plumber finish the project which was installing a faucet for the bathtub. I advised the owner I was willing to pay $200 an hour for his plumbing services but he would not agree. So, I was left with an incomplete job and now must find another plumbing company that has more reasonable charges.

Guy got there on time, completed the work. Very professional. We ran into a little difficulty from the Angie's List special, but worked through it. As an aside - the difficulty arose from Angie's List, not from the Plumbing Nerds. They handled it great.

Perfect! They sent JJ the same day that I ordered the deal. JJ was very nice and really professional. Didn't take long at all and it was a great deal. Thank you.

It took 2.5 hours. The location made it difficult to solder the pipes. But the price for the job remained as quoted so all was well.

Plumbing **** was right on time, professional and completed all work in and timely manner. When the plumber was done, left the work sights as he found them (clean).

I found where the leak was occurring and it was located between the meter at the street and the main shut off valve at the house. I called several plumbers on 11/2 and 11/3 and was told that could get to me sometime next week. I found this to be unacceptable as I was losing approximately 1500 gallons of water per day. On Saturday 11/4 I called the “Plumbing Nerds” after reading reviews on Angies List and that they were a 24/7 operation. I was able to get an appointment for that day between 1 pm and 4 pm. Rick Wise rang my doorbell at 12:15 pm and examined the situation. He gave me an estimate of $460 based on the fact the he had to dig to find where the water pipe was before he could resolve the problem. He found it fairly quickly and fixed the leak. Because it didn’t take as long to find the pipe as he thought it might he adjusted the bill down to $387 and with a $35 Angies List discount the final total was $352. Rick was extremely professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would use Plumbing Nerds again because of their professionalism and willingness to come out pretty much right away.

Given the extra work needed plus the Hurricane and inspection delays, I would say that it went very well.

With Plumbing Nerds, they don't seem to have the experience to know what to do. Strongly recommend Pete the Plumber, who is alot cheaper too!

They were very good and efficient. It was all taken care of. The price is hard for me to say because I never had anyone else.
