Description of Work: Team of two plumbers showed up exactly as scheduled and installed the garbage disposal I provided in a quick and efficient manner. What more could you want? They were friendly and explained what they were doing step-by-step as I watched, and gave me instructions regarding clearing small clogs and other jams that might occur. I was very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: The servicemen took care of what we' called them for. However, I was very surprised at the amount charged for the work they did. In all, the service call cost us $200 and we were told that price was giving us a discount.

I MADE HUGE MISTAKE and gave these guys a review That was slated for the sprinkler company. To bad Angie's List can't pull that review down. I will continue to work for Angie's List to pull that False review.

Description of Work: They replaced the faucet in my kitchen. The work was excellent, timely and professional, however I found their general pricing to be a bit high. I recommend buying all parts separately then having them do the install. Their price for the hardware (faucet) was very inflated so I ended up getting something for over $100 less at Lowes.

Description of Work: Ecoplumbers were great. They flushed the hot water heater and I got them to hookup a sink too! Will use them again for other plumbing.

Description of Work: Replaced a faulty water line to the refrigerator ice maker and replaced faulty parts in two toilets. After diagnosing the problems, the plumber gave us an estimate and explanation of the fix prior to beginning the work. He gave us the option of doing the work ourselves in which case we would owe him nothing for the call.

Description of Work: Came to fix a toilet leak between bowl and seat. Fixed that leak, but the next day the toilet started making a dripping noise that has not gone away and now toilet does not fill properly. Technician was late--he finally called and said he was coming. I had told them I had to leave by 5. They were supposed to come by 1. Did not finish until 5:15. At start of repair, Tech had to leave and go back to office to get parts even though I had been very explicit about the problem. He was gone for an hour. Owner or manager called and yelled at technician on speakerphone and was very unprofessional. He also attempted to charge me extra fees even though I had bought an Angie's list deal. Finally called back and said he had found the paperwork and agreed that I had already paid. I would never use these people again. My toilet still does not work properly. Beware.

Description of Work: I purchased one of the deals for a service call. The work was fine but I think I paid the same as I would have paid without the special. It was approximately $160 to fix one leaky toilet--no savings as far as I can see.

Description of Work: The Eco Plumbers were punctual and responsive and had the entire job which mas minimal(shower valve replacement) for sure, done in about an hour including a trip to neighborhood hardware store for an older shower valve part they needed but is not regularly stocked due to it's vintage. Brand new now and working well. Thanks Guys.

Description of Work: I'm not a plumber. We had a bit of an unusual situation, plumbing-wise, that needed to be solved. The plumber solved it, the price was quite steep. But maybe it was not out of line. At least some of Charlotte County plumbers are less expensive. I wish we had used someone else, but I have no idea if they actually overcharged us.
