Description of Work: Our faucet quit working. Joshua came out and said that it wasn't our faucet, but the water. He also noticed we needed a new hot water tank and discussed the Halo 5 system. We had both installed, which seems to have fixed the problem. Joshua is a huge asset to your organization and we enjoyed working with him. We have already recommended your company to others.

Description of Work: The work and cost were done as promised. There was an extra $75 fee for the attic placement, but that was expected. I also had them put in an expansion tank, which cost $75 also.

Description of Work: They unclogged a drain from my toilet and installed steel reinforced hoses to my washing machine. It went quickly and neatly. Jason, the technician, performed more tests to make sure that the drain was completely unclogged. Outstanding service from a great company.

Description of Work: While the plumber was professional and knew his job, we are on a well with a series of other complications for cleaning the water heater. 3 days later I had to call in my rescuers, Crystal Clear Water of North Fort Myers to re-do the cleaning and get the water heater truly cleared of debris.
