The person who came out to our newly purchased home to check why I had no hot water in my bathtub, insisted I needed a new hot water heater and even went so far as to call me 15 minutes later and tell me he was at Home Depot and I should let him buy one. Since the water heater was only 3 years old, I decided to get another opinion. It turns out that the problem with the bathtub was simply that the handles were incorrectly marked. The hot was getting cold and the cold was getting hot! | |This was beyond a scam...

Description of Work: I have dealt with this company for five years. Every plumber that has come out was excellent. Also, they stand behind their work and return quickly if there is a problem. John, the owner, is very trustworthy and tries to help people come to the best price decision. I have referred them to several other residents in my community, and all were very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: They replaced an outside hose bib on my house. I paid $49 to Angie's List and was to get an additional $50 of service. The serviceman (VERY nice, right on time, professional, helpful, etc.) was great. However, I was charged an additional $70+ for the service, bringing the total to $125 of my money plus $50 that was the Angie's List deal. He was there about 30 minutes, including paperwork. While they were all very nice, I would DEFINITELY describe the work needed to them before they come out and get an accurate estimate if I were to use them again.

Description of Work: a water issue was repaired but we left the condo several days later and do not have info on long term effects. but I think it will be good.

Description of Work: I used other plumbers before and know what they charge for labor. The guy did a good job, but in my opinion the price was much too high for a one hour job - the material was $25 and the labor (three different issues) was $575.

Description of Work: In August, 2014, The Eco Plumbers installed a new water heater for me. They did a good job and I've had no trouble with it. On August 28, 2015, The Eco Plumbers performed a water heater flush for me. They do a good job, arrive on time, and I'm very happy with their service.

Description of Work: They replaced toilet floor bolts and reseated a toilet that was loose and movable. It went well and repair was completed.

Description of Work: They repaired two toilets and did a walk through on the house. Based on their recommendation they replaced hoses on the washer and dryer. I also had them |put in an entire house water filtration system.

Description of Work: Replaced a defective shower valve cartridge with a new one that I received as a warranty replacement from the manufacturer. Quick, professional service and the new cartridge is still working great too!!!

Description of Work: Plumbing new garbage disposal. He came out and charged a trip fee without notification. He charged approximately 328.00 for changing a garbage disposal. He also walked around checking my sinks and plunging them w/my plunger. It seemed he was trying to show me he doing work for the charge. It did not seem to really help. Also the name Eco-Plumber would lead you to believe he was eco-friendly and doing something different than other plumbers. He did not explain he did anything differently and he did not seem to do anything different.
