Tecnician was very professional. He did a great job!

Omar was simply great. He found the leak in an instant and explained to us that the gasket had dried up. He quickly solved the problem with some clear caulk and then answered a couple of questions about the kitchen sink and garbage disposal. We always call this company for any issues. They are wonderful.

Plumbing lines for rough-in status of a build

I am revising my initial "D" rating since they have addressed my previous concerns in a subsequent visit. The technician arrived on time and did a complete plumbing inspection in addition to other work originally requested. Much better second impression!

Told the rep on the phone that we wanted plumber with a camera to come out to the house to and also asked about cost of hydrojetting since we knew from a past plumber that there was build up in the pipes. They would not tell me over the phone how much cost of hydrojetting was and then the plumber arrived with NO camera. We were charged an $85 service charge for basically nothing since the pipe was no longer clogged when the plumber arrived and we had wanted an opinion of the pipe build up, which I specifically stated when I called. Also, the quote provided for hydrojet service was literally double the cost of what a different plumbing company did the job for.

We didn't hire them!!! Because they work on a flat rate only. Their, technician, prepared the proposal before he arrived and had not even seen the job. " He did update the proposal after he arrived and I showed him 3 aditional small things I asked him to do". The job was a very simple electric Tankless hot water heater install plus a Bidet toilet seat and a 1in pipe relocate using 2 ft of PVC pipe and a couple of PVC glue fittings cost maybe "$10.00". The electrical charge was going to be $1004.00 to pull 10 feet of wire and install 2 ea. 60 amp breakers. The Tec seemed more interested in upselling me a maintenance agreement than doing the job. I had to ask him more than once to just give me the bottom line price then I had to ask him to break it down into unit pricing that is where I saw the truth. The entire job may have taken him 4 or 5 hrs at best. Had we paid him for a $100 service call and $100 per hr? it might have cost $600.00 and total parts of $ 100.00, My electrician was $250.00 Total $ 950.00. Plumbing Nerds wanted in excess of $2500.00 Please be careful they will try to take advantage of you. PS: I had already purchased the Rheem hot water heater at Home Depot. I have been a licensed Florida underground utility contractor for over 35 years and have installed 100s of thousands of feet of pipe up to 8 ft in diameter I know when someone is trying to take advantage of me!!!!

I am pleased with the work that was done. The technician was friendly and professional. He explained everything, He even helped me save money by informing me that Moen replaces the cartridges on their products for free. I would definitely hire again!

The guy was very neat and clean and repaired the problem. We did notice a few days later that the problem had returned, although it only happened once a day. The same person came back and did everything he could to reproduce the problem. He replaced another part (the flapper) and left the tank with dye in it so we could see if the issues remains.

REP QUOTED $900.00; ALSO TRIED TO GET ME TO PAY MORE FOR PLATINUM OR SILVER SERVICE ANOTHER COMPANY DID IT FOR $299.

This was an appointment to discuss all work that I needed done. The technician was SO professional. He spent over an hour explaining every job in detail. I plan to hire them to do all of the work.

We had couple of leaks in two toilets. Jan who came to do the work explained everything to us , answered all our questions we had, and was very personable and efficient in his work. Their response time, customer service and final report were impressive. However, they did not showu p within the time frame and I was not able to be there.

We are a Property Management Firm, with over 150 residential properties we manage throughout Lee County. After looking over the nice reviews, I asked my office manager to contact them to discuss doing business together. The woman who answered the phone seemed to hate her job, was rude, and would not answer a simple "what is the price of your service charge". I have been in this business for over 30 years, and ALL our vendors charge a bast service fee/chjarge. She told us, "we don't do that, it is on a per job basis". I am sure we are not the 1st Property Management firm to inquire what their fees are/will be to our clients, so we can proceed in putting them on our vendor list. What a shame, we paid over $75000. to plubing co. last year.

They did a great job. They even managed to save the hose that was solidly stuck to the old tap.

We called Plumbing Nerds regarding a clogged pipe. From the initial call and scheduling to the service these guys were fantastic. They said they would come the same day which they did. We even got a call about 20 minutes before the plumber arrived advising that he was in route. Jimmy was the name of the plumber who was sent. He was excellent. He dealt with our problem and also gave us some great advice regarding some ADA items that we were considering. We have definitely found our permanent plumber!
