Promotional water heater flush and plumbing inspection went well. Extra small job requested, in retrospect, seems way overpriced. Will not likely use them again.

I was originally planning to have a water filtration system installed at my kitchen sink for drinking water and then decided I liked the idea of having a whole house system. The HALO 5 is a 5-stage water filtration and conditioning system which removes chlorine, chloramines and a long list of other contaminants from the water and also solves hard water problems. The result is that my water now tastes GREAT and I'm no longer bathing in chlorinated water or cooking with it or washing my food in it. Getting the HALO 5 was one of the best decisions I've ever made and I consider it an investment in my health. I'm very happy with it. Josh Doxtator is the technician that installed the HALO 5 and he did a great job. It's clear that he loves what he does and cares about the quality of his work. He's very professional, personable and highly knowledgeable. Josh gives exceptional service and I will ask for him the next time I need any plumbing services.

Jimmy was on time, very professional and the quality of work appears to be quite good. A really nice young man who clearly cared about his work and satisfaction of the customer. The company should be pleased and proud to have Jimmy on their staff.

We have used Ecoplumber before and always happy with their service. They cover their shoes, arrive on time, will give an estimate before work is started and very courteous and knowledgeable.

Jimmy the serviceman was very professional & courteous. Work done promptly and the drain clog was resolved. I am not in a position to comment on price since I'm not well versed in plumbing costs. We bought the deal through Angies List and then had to pay another $141.00 to get the work complete. Pleased with Jimmy & his work...who knows if this was a deal or if their prices are in line with competition.

Tim arrived within the specified window of time and provided a accurate assessment of the work. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The repair required digging a trench and Tim insured that the repair was backfilled and made as clean as possible, even though we had substantial rain during the entire event. I would recommend Eco Plumbers without reservation.

Tim, the technician from Eco Plumber, is very knowledgeable and teach me many "tricks" that I can do myself in the future to maintain the water heater. He recommended several new systems, such as new toilet and tab water filter system, but you won't feel being pushed to purchase those new things. He is a very nice guy! About the company, they are very professional! Half an hour before Tim arrived, they called me and told me that Tim would be there in 30 minutes and they also sent me an email for the information. I feel they have a very good service system.

The gentleman who did the work was professional, friendly and appeared to be very knowledgeable and was able to answer some questions for me about some other plumbing work that I would like to have done. The office called and said what time he would be here and he was atleast one hour later than that. I'm not sure if that was a communication issue or what. He stated the traffic was awful and he had to come about 35 miles from where he was so that may have been the issue. The work he did was perfect. He cleaned up after himself and the faucet looked and worked fine.

The office kept us updated regarding the planned arrival time. The service representative, Jimmy, showed up within the scheduled timeframe, and he was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He did an excellent job replacing the cartridge and also cleaned the shower head after noticing the water flow was restricted. He also did a good job of cleaning up after completing the work.

I did not enjoy my experience with this company. The plumber who came out immediately told me that I needed to buy new toilets, that were very expensive, instead of repairing the problem. He also told me that I needed a brand new faucet, because the one I have is "cheap" and not worth the fix. I will not be using their services in the future.

Arrived on time with prior phone calls and e-mails to confirm, installed new boiler efficiently and took old one away, cleaned up very well after. When we had problem over next two days getting hot water instead of warm water, they suggested a few simple fixes and when that didn't work called and came out on Sunday within ttwo hours of the phone call and replaced boiler which now provides perfect hot water supply. Extremely efficient. friendly and on time, great customer service.

The technician initially came out to estimate the job (which I accepted). He then installed the recirculating system, which included a pump on the hot water tank and two remote water line connections. The installation was uneventful, but later we noticed a small leak from one of the fittings. The company arranged for another tech to come over and fix it.

The first thing on Monday morning I checked my Angies List magazine for a plumber to fix my problem. I found that Eco Plumbers of Florida had a 24-hour emergency service. I called them immediately and gave the necessary information. I was assured that they would send a plumber as quickly as possible. To my great relief I soon received a call that he was on his way and would arrive in about one hour. The plumber arrived as promised and the problem was corrected with replacement of the necessary parts. Eco Plumbers of Florida came through as promised and gave me the fastest solution to my problem.

The technician from Eco Plumbers was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and sincerely strives to exceed customer's expectations. The customer contact desk was helpful, quickly took my information, and then scheduled for a service call. The outcome was that response was timely, problem quickly determined and fixed.

They told me that I needed to replace my water heater and I got a hold of a home builder and he told me absolutely not did I need a new water heater. He didn't do the drain and flush. I didn't even begin some kind of a credit that I was so disillusioned that I didn't use the credit.

My bathroom plumbing went haywire so that I could not use my own facilities at all, and I went away on business. The next day I saw the offer on Angie?s list for this A-rated plumber who would do a clean out of the drains. The bathtub only drained if the floor flooded from the base of the toilet and, subsequently, the toilet flushed into the bathtub. I phoned the company The Eco Plumbers to make sure this offer fit my needs ? describing my problems in full to them. I asked if they could see me within the week ? on a particular day actually - and they told me absolutely on both counts, so I purchased the deal of a clean out for $99. After the purchase, I set up the appointment time specific. At this time I again specified all the particulars of my situation and asked if she could write that down for the plumber, also directions to my home and then I took that work day off. When the day came, I was 100 miles away and coming in for the plumber. After getting home, I found a message from Eco-Plumbing which canceled my appointment, as ?the plumber? was tied up with another customer! This was 11am. My appointment was from 2 to 5. I called back and said this was not acceptable, could someone else come; she asked could they come tomorrow; I said I did not have off work the following day! No! I needed the appointment day I was given. So she put me on hold a good while and then OK he can come between 5 and 7. I asked if they could let me know when he finished with his other customer so I could get a heads up so as I could run errands and they said they would check on this! then called me back to let me know in fact. In short there were 7 calls between me and them that day - too many!. Just before 5 I called to check status ? in case the office was closing up - and ? again after waiting 5 minutes - was told oh, he was ?on the way.? So I hurried home. On the way, Joshua from The Eco-Plumber who described himself as their engineer called to say that what I purchased was the wrong thing and they could not hold to the agreement and it would not help my problems. I told him that I was assured it did and that was settled long ago. He began to scold me, said the women who answered the phones didn?t know anything and that he was the expert, the only expert and that he was letting me know the situation now. I suggested he talk to the plumber they were sending and he said he wanted him to drive safe so he would NOT call him in the car. I told him I was in the car, but he would not let me go, he was scolding, correcting and chastising me. It was gruesome! He also at this time, said that I need to be charged a surcharge for distance ? even though I was initially told ? because I asked ? that I was indeed in the service area. But he might waive that! My eco-plumber arrived about 6.( Incidentally Joshua had dangerously called him in the car after talking with me.) He said to work in the bathroom cost more, that the ?clean out? referred to on the outside of the house. I said OK, let?s do that! But he couldn?t locate that though he walked around the house about 3 times; I suggested this necessitated didn?t it that he?d have to work on the inside then and he insisted that would bring an additional charge of $75 and he wanted to call the office first, then he wanted to move all my furniture to bring in a very large snake. So I just asked him to go. Yes, I had to spend the night in a hotel!

Arrived on time. Was very nice man who was very informative about the issues.
