Andy was fantastic to deal with on scheduling and walked me through what I could expect. I was not home for the actual service call but a family member of mine handled the call. The were prompt, on time and efficient. The checked my entire house for leaks inside and out and also looked at the meter outside to make sure it was not spinning. They made recommendations on some replacements i could do. the only downside is the toilet adjustment was because I have a double flush on the guest bath and it is still occurring. I still believe I got my value for the special I purchased and would use them again.

They were professional, clean, and friendly. They completed their work and explained what they were doing and why. I'm satisfied and would hire them again. Along the way they tried to sell me stuff I didn't ask for, including a water filter technology that uses magnets to filter water. I understand why they recommended filtering in general--to reduce scale build-up, but I read up on this specific technology and wasn't impressed. It lacks sufficient scientific evidence to show that it works (look up "Magnetic water treatment" on Wikipedia for starters). I didn't like they were trying to sell me something that hasn't been shown to work, but it was easy enough to say no.

I think I got them off of Angie's List. I was really impressed with their customer service. I liked the plumber too, but their customer service follow up was excellent. I would use them again. I am real happy with them.

We will certainly use these guys again to replace the cast iron in the future as well as for any of our plumbing needs. I can't send a higher reccomendation for professional work, ethic and general friendliness.

I called Plumbing Nerds and left a message on a Saturday morning. I got a return call in 10 minutes and scheduled an appointment for noon. I could not expect any better communication, punctuality and professional service. I am very satisfied with the price and would definitely recommend Plumbing Nerds.

Toilets are much quieter and faster to refill now. They do not require us to hold down the handle in order to get a good flush.

The work went very well. Very professional answered all questions and cocerns

very well. Clog cleared itself while the plumber was here. He fixed the shower handle quickly and without a mess. It works like a dream. He gave me an estimate before the job and kept to it after he was completed.

The first appointment was missed - plumber was delayed at an earlier job. Had to reschedule to later the same day. Once evaluation was complete, set up a return appointment to complete the job. This appointment was on time and completed quickly. Both of the plumbers sent from Eco were friendly, professional and very competent.

John arrived with state of the art equipment, scoped out the lines and quickly corrected the problem. He also provided us with tips on modifying the system to prevent reoccurances. No pressure but very good advice. Knowledgable and professional...Outstanding Service!

The plumber came out and was very helpful, he check all the issues and gave me all of my options along with estimated costs. Once he got working he was very careful to clean up any messes he made and even cleaned up a few areas he was not in my opinion required to clean. Overall I think he did a great job and I wish I had my invoice so I could give out his name, the next time I call Eco Plumbers I will definitely be asking for him to come out. Thanks, Michael Maddox

Other than a misunderstanding regarding the time frame the plumber was supposed to be here, the job done was top notch. The plumber arrived within the new time frame, identified what had to be done and offered different models and price options regarding the replacement heater. Marcus Lewis, the plumber, was very knowledgeable in regards to what the new water heater standards are and what would best work in the space available. After agreeing on the replacement model and price, he picked up the unit from storage and within 2 hours had replaced the unit. During the install he explained in detail the features of the new unit and why new connections (replaced copper with flex piping) would prevent electrolysis due to steel pipes coming out of the heater and copper pipes installed in the home. All in all a very professional job. I would definitely recommend Eco-Plumbing to friends and neighbors.

They responded quickly. The tech was out the same morning I called. They provided my roommate an estimate of the work, and they did the work as per the estimate. The tech spent about an hour running around for parts, and 3 hours working on our issues. Total bill was $1100. Subtracting $200 for parts (a new disposal and a $15 toilet tank replacement kit) works out to $300 an hour, very pricey. Included in this cost was $230 for "complete toilet rebuild." Which consisted of installing a $15 Home Depot repair kit, a job I myself have done many times in about 30 minutes. I shared these concerns with the provider by email, and did not hear back from them.

Fantastic experience. Tim provided significantly more information than I expected, including recommendations for proactive work and when to do it. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and I felt like it was time and money well-spent. In particular, my home has an unusual type of hot water heater so Tim spent time explaining the pros and cons of staying with that style, when I should expect to have to replace it, and what my options were.

It was the absolutely worse experience that I have had. I was so levied with them while they were here, I literally threw them out of the house. They were expensive. I hired them because they were from Ohio. It was something that I could have had a handyman do for $50. I was really upset with the price. They used a natural chemical that was over inflated to begin with. It shouldn't have cost as much as it did. They were here most of the day and it was supposed to be included in the price. I remember sweeping and mopping after they left. They did do what they said they were going to do, except for certain plumbing items that were on my list. I just wanted them out of my sight. It was just a bad dream.

The service call went great. I had gotten the snake caught in the drain and called the day before to set up an a time for someone to come out, first thing the next day. My husband decided to see if he could fish the snake out that evening, and he did, but I kept the service call scheduled so we could make sure everything was OK with the drain - I was afraid I damaged it. I also had a leaking faucet I wanted to have checked. I received an email first thing in the morning that Tim was on his way, and it included a photo of him. He looked at the leaky faucet and gave an estimate for the future replacement. Turns out the fairly new faucet has a bad cartridge so the whole thing needs replaced, and he gave advice on how to keep the snake from getting caught. They did not perform any service today, but I will get the new warranty replacement faucet to install, and for any other problems. Tim was extremely professional and I was really impressed. He was honest about the different issues, and patient answering my questions, even though it was just an estimate. I have lived in Fort Myers for ten years and been searching for a good reliable plumber. I used Eco Plumbers about a year ago to replace a hot water heater and a leaky hose faucet and they did a great job then too. I will not hesitate to use them again and plan on calling them for any future plumbing needs.

Tim was able to install the system in my closet. He explained how the system worked and he also explained what he was doing during the installation process. Tim vacuumed and left the area spotless. I have been a customer of The Eco Plumbers for several years and their service is consistently an "A".

Very pleased with John who did the work. Gave me options with firm pricing and I am completely satisfied with the work. This is the third time I've had Eco here doing different jobs. Excellent & professional each time!

Tech arrived on time and was convinced he heard the leak inside a wall. We agreed to let him cut a hole in the wall to find the leak. Then agreed to let him cut and cap the pipes to isolate. Ended up with 4 holes in the wall and water disconnected to the tub and toilet. He finally decided the leak was under the floor (where we thought it was) and did not have tools to find the leak. Recommended another company to find the leak, after which Eco would come back and repair and credit service charge. 2nd company found the leak for $300, including digging out the concrete floor to expose the leaking pipe. Called Eco back to come and fix and they could not send anyone back for 3 days. Agreed to a surcharge for them to come that night. Eco was too busy and they cancelled the appointment. Finally gave up on Eco and called Moen Brothers, who came out the next day and fixed the leak, reconnected pipes Eco cut, and filled in hole and replaced the concrete. Still have the 4 unnecessary holes in the wall that we have to fix.

It was excellent. and they were very cooperative in working with me on our project. They had the resources to do the job. The whole city is tying in to the water line so a lot of plumbers are beings used up and I appreciate them being able to work with me the whole way.

Chose the 7/8 HP model even though the cost for it and installation was over double what I could have bought one on line for. That said, the first one Tim put in wouldn't power on. I helped him do some checking of the electiric to make sure it was the disposal causing the problem and it was. It was 4:30 on a Friday night and I could envision not being able to use my sink until Monday. Not so, Tim called a guy he knew at their distributor and he brought one home with him. Tim went to his house, picked it up and came back and installed it. Done by 7:00. Way beyond the call of duty.

The toilet was ordered and installed the next morning. He cleaned up after himself and the toilet looks great and works well.
