Plumbing & Cooling Nerds

Based on Angie's list rating, I called Plumbing Nerds. Everything went fine. The repair took 1 hour and 20 minutes. I think it could have been done in less time. I expected to pay based on time, as I have always done for plumbers so time spent was a concern but I was OK. Then I was presented a bill of $345, which I thought was a rip off. On complaining, I was given $30 discount. Beware if you hire these people. Make sure you understand the price.

Tech was really nice and did a great job

Awesome. Technician completed job with utmost professionalism. This was a nasty job requiring him to crawl under a mobile home in 90 + degree heat. Thanks for fixing our problem under these extreme conditions.

They were very quick, very clean and very knowledgeable. After they finished they asked us if we had any questions. They were very helpful.

Everything went fine -- but I thought they were a bit pricey. Even with the$200 credit, the job cost me $290 out of pocket (including the $100 advance payment to Angie). Sounds like a lot for installing a disposal and a shower head. I would use them again, but get prices in advance.

I would use them again they were great and did a great job.

They came out and fixed it by using the auger to clear it out and will have a guy come in a few days with a camera that can be inserted into the sewer line to see if there is any damage inside. The assessment and fix were done all within a matter of a couple of hours of calling on a Saturday evening. The price was moderate.$305 after $35 discount. Could have been more; could have been less, but the guy coming out later to check the sewer and it being done quickly was worth it. Thank you.

Service done perfectly. Not the heaviest-grade materials, but for the price well worth it.

Fine, Abel did a very neat and professional repair

work was done ok. it was strange though when he arrived he said the special "outside hose faucet" special was for inside work only. after a short conversation he did the work. they were not able to give us a receipt because it was an Angie's List special; which I thought was weird. so we did not get a receipt.

Really well! The shower looks great, the European faucet is no longer leaking (plus Abel clarified that this type of fixture doesn't need to be screwed tight shut), and shower stopped leaking. I'll be hiring them again.

Only went with one service. They were overpriced.
