David came out on time (hugely important to me) and found evidence of entry and activity in the attic quickly. He set traps and, in a few days, returned to check the traps, closed up entry points, and installed new soffit vents. David's punctuality, knowledge of his trade, and enthusiasm about what and how he does his job have me ready to hire him again if I have any other wildlife issues. After several conversations with management they wanted to charge me for extra services after paying more than $1,000 for the original job. The sales representative stated he would have a word with the owner and come up with a solution. it has now been 3 weeks without an answer and the rat problem is now out of control. Don't waste your time or money with this company"
