Description of Work: Called them for a quote and price was OK. Told them that it would be a few weeks before they could start, as I needed to get other contractors on the same page for a complete patio rebuild. Perez said, "no problem". When I called back in two weeks to get them started, I was informed that they were now out to a 2 month lead time - before it was only days! Never contacted me in the interim to warn of the increase in lead time. Told them to get lost - went with the 2nd lowest bidder.

+ 0 moreThey did an excellent job. They were on time and punctual. They were very clean and did the job pretty fast. Their price was very reasonable. It wasn't connected correctly and I called them up. They came right away and fixed it and apologized. I am going to use them again.
