The dishwasher door was damaged due to an improperly installed toe panel (kick plate) by Nobel Plumbing. I incurred the cost of a plumber to assess the damage, order a door panel and return to install it all at an additional cost to me of more than $200.00. Nobel Plumbing refused to do anything about it. The repairing appliance service technician confirmed the damage was caused by the improper installation of the toe panel.

He presents himself very well. He is knowledgeable. However when I called him he gave me an hourly rate. $100 the first half hour and $50 each additional half hour. I explained the scope of work and he said it would take approximately 2 hours. That would be $250. When he came and looked at the work he said that he charges $160 to hook up a dishwasher and $300 for the drains. That came to $460. Because we were moving that day we said OK. You be the judge. Does an additional $210 matter to you?

Tori from Nobel Plumbing was amazing. He was very professional and did an outstanding job for us. He was easy to work with and worked around our schedule and all our other contractors' schedules. We recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber, whether the job be as large as our project or as small as changing out a faucet.

He did a good job and was responsive.

NEVER ACCEPT VERBAL ESTIMATES. Most of our dissatisfaction would NOT have occurred if Nobel Plumbing had provided us with a written out, detailed estimate. We paid over $400 for the repair with parts for one dripping shower head. The new shower head he put on does not have a valve to control the amount of shower water coming out, only the temperature.. My husband's first shower set off the smoke alarm as the bathroom filled with steam. The plumber DID NOT ASK what kind of a new head and faucet we wanted; he just brought this simpler one. We also ASSUMED at the time of his December estimate that his job INCLUDED the repair and painting of the bedroom wall. That cost an additional $95. When the plumber arrived he didn't even have a protective sheet to capture the plaster that would have fallen to the floor when he sawed,; we had to provide him with a bed sheet. Nor did he clean up the plaster dust and plaster chunks on the sheet. The dry wall man/painter did a superb job in making the repairs.

Nobel Plumbing arrived the day of our granite installation to shut off the water. The next day he came back and installed to new faucet and hooked up the plumbing for the new sink. We were very pleased.

Holey Moley! Nobel Plumbing is a real find. Barely half an hour after we called, Platon was in our driveway. He wasn't even out of his van (really nice van!) when he told us he could see from there what was wrong with our water heater and he was right. After an inspection, he gave us the choice of repair or replacement. We went with the replacement. He left for a while and returned with our high efficiency new water heater. it was installed perfectly and works great. He cleaned up our garage so it was hard to tell the water heater had been replaced. Before he left, I brought him into our bathroom to show him a problem we have with a faucet - a problem that a previous plumber supposedly fixed but is still giving us trouble. He fiddled around with it for a minute or two and it was fixed. No charge, no problem. He could have told us it had to be pulled apart, needed parts, was costly etc. Platon (Tori) is a very, very professional plumber and a very nice man. We find him honest and neat. We would hire him again in a minute and are actually having him back to do additional work.

He came as soon as we called him. We would definitely use him again, did everything good!

Mr. Noble was a very competent plumber and a decent fellow. Ihe had no problem with me ordering my own disposal and even offered suggestions and his honest opinion about several different models. He came over and installed my new disposal and checked a couple of other issues I had with plumbing matters. I asked if I should have my water heater flushed. He said it was probably a good idea but that he had never done his own. He was not trying to just drum up business for himself but said the water heater manufacturers did recommend such action. We arranged for him to come back some time later to do that and to install a new cartridge for my kitchen water filter. The cost for the garbage disposal installation was just the basic $85.00 fee. It seemed he went over the time period by a bit but that is still all he charged. He was fast, efficient, and polite. I was pleased with his work and would call him back if I needed additional plumbing work completed. On his second visit, he charged just the $85 and the cost of the filter which I believe was about $110. I had looked up the price of these filters on line and they were just about the exact price he had charged me. I felt he had been honest and fair with me. I would recommend this plumber.

The work was completed in a timely and efficient manner.

I called Mr. Skendo on a Saturday afternoon after my daughter reported that out toilets at our house in Bonita Springs are clogged. He called me back in the next 15 minutes and promised to be at the house in the next 2 hours. He came in less than 1 hour and fixed the problem in no time. Soon after he finished he called me back and explained the tasks performed and I paid over the phone. Very nice and professional person. Super responsive. I will use him again in a heartbeat.

It was very quick. Took about 40 minutes and he was done. Explained completely what he did and left instructions and what to do from there. Only issue was he did not let us know he was working on overtime. We called at 3:30 PM and he arrived by 3:45 PM. He presented the bill and I asked why so high and he explained. The he said that since he had not mentioned OT, he would charge us the regular rate. He was very nice about it and it was quickly resolved. Great work, fair price. Would hire again!

Torrie is a professional and knowledgable licensed plumber. He listens well on the telephone. He makes an appointment to review the problem and arrives on time. He was able to make direct scheduling arangements with my tenant which is appreciated and efficient. I trust he knows what he's doing and is quite capable. I will use him again when necessary.

I called Nobel based on the highly favorable ratings on Angie's list. I was not disappointed. My call was returned promptly and the response was same day service (at no additional cost). He checked out the toilets in my recently purchased condo and told me it was the older design of the toilets, not anything wrong with the pipes. I really appreciated his honesty. He said that there was no charge since he had to be over this way anyway, but I gave him $20 for his trouble. I highly recommend this company.

THE FIRST GUY that came tried to put cyelecone a round the leak . that did not work. WHICH COST $80 I CALLED AFTER A DAY AND FOUND THAT THE COMPANY NO LONGER WORKED DURING THJE SUMMER MONTHS. AND A NOTHER COMPANY TOOK OVER FOR HIM HE CAME AND PUT IN A NEW FACET FOR $194.TWO DAYS LATER I HAD TO CALL HIM BACK BEACUSE IT LEAKED AGAIN.

I discovered in the late afternoon that my pressure valve was leaking very heavily. I called the plumber, he got back to me right away, and was able to come to my home and replace the valve early the next day.

GREAT!!! WIll use for rental properties, aslo, as needed-

He took the wood cover off to checked the outlet and said it was fine. Two hours twenty minutes later, he still was not able to find what was wrong. He called his supervisor, who found that the outlet was broken and needed replaced. I had to pay $280.00 for the time and just got a $20 part. It should have taken maybe an hour and been a lot cheaper.

We contacted Tori on Friday morning about a dripping shower and intermittently flushing toilet. Tori listened to the problem, gave his opinion over the phone as to what needed doing, and provided an estimate as to how much he thought it would cost, both for parts and labor. We agreed for him to come the same day between 2pm and 4pm. Tori arrived at 3pm, having called to say he was on his way. He took his shoes off at the front door, inspected both problems and proceeded to fix both the shower and toilet quickly, quietly and efficiently. He cleaned up after himself, and showed us what he had done before leaving. He said if we had any problems or concerns to call him and he would come back. We did have a query regarding the toilet repair. Tori had no problem coming back to check on it, make sure it was all working fine, and putting a dye in the toilet to make sure there was no further leak. The final price was slightly more than the telephone estimate because Tori had only quoted for a replacement flapper over the phone. Once here, he advised changing the fill valve as well resulting in a higher final figure. Overall, we found Tori to be professional, friendly and efficient. We would use him again in the future.

I contacted Nobel on a Sunday afternnon, not expecting a response until Monday. To my surprise I received a call within a couple of hours and had arranged for an inspection of the property at a mutually agreeable time, which was Tuesday. After the inspection we identified several areas of immediate concern, and by Saturday at 2 PM the job was complate. The communication and response were excellent, and the charge more than fair. I am an absentee homeowner, and to have trustworthy provider such as Nobel is critical. I highlyu recommend this company, and am already talking with them about additional work.
