Doug Green was very professional and we are extremely satisfied with his work. He arrived when scheduled and completed the work within the timeframe he stated.

With all the rain we have had lately, we found a section on the top of our lanai had ripped open. Of course this happened right before the July 4th holiday! We called someone we had used before and left a message. By the following day we still had not heard back. I went on Angie's List to start looking for someone and found Mr. GreenScreens. I called right away and the lady told me she would see if he could be out on Sat and call me back. When she called back she said he would not be able to make it out until the following Wed. We were fine with that. On Wed. morning Doug showed up at 7:00AM and started right to work. He did find that an adjacent screen was also ripped and suggested repairing that one also. After he finished with the screens, he checked the rest of our pool cage and drew a picture to let us know what sections had already been replaced and which ones were older. Because we are new to the SW Florida area, pool cages, hurricane etc. are new to us. He provided advice on what to do in case there was a hurricane to save our pool cage. He was very nice and we appreciated the education. I noticed on his card and from chatting with him that he also did aluminum work so I asked if he could fix a hinge on our front porch. Next thing I knew he had replaced the broken hinge and move another to fix the door. The door is working great now. Doug did a great job and now we have our 'bug free zone' back. If we have more screens to be fixed or decide to re-screen the whole pool cage, we would absolutely call him again!

During our storm season, I understandably had to wait awhile for a service date to replace a very large roof screen in our pool cage. He arrived promptly as scheduled, and was fully prepared to replace one of the largest screens he has worked with. Not only was the torn out screen replaced promptly and efficiently, but other problem screens were identified and a repair estimate provided.

The first service date never took place. A mixed communication with the owner resulted in waiting most of the day. I called in and I was told I never confirmed service day. The message I got eariler that week was he is coming, and he did not ask for confirmation. All communications after that were clear and resulteed in the work complete. They are a friendly and respectful company. I would hire them again in a minute.

Mr. GreenScreens is fantastic. He is on Angie's List and he is rated very highly. He does what he says he is going to do and he has reasonable prices. I have recommended him to my neighbors who have used him.

Promptly returned my call. Owner came by next day (on a weekend) to give estimate and repaired the screens on the spot. Prompt, courteous, and competitively priced.

I called to have a screen door replaced on my front lanai. Doug of Mr. GreenScreens came in and informed me that he could make all repairs to the current door and that I did not need a new door, therefore saving me half the cost. I will definitely recommend his company and use them again when the need arises.

My wife called these folks on 8/30 -- admittedly just before the holiday. They said they would call on Tuesday, to let us know when they could come on Wednesday to provide a quote. They never called back.

Mr. GreenScreens repaired the broken screens directly over the pool. Very responsive, prompt, great communication. Excellent to deal with, and I will definitely use again.

Arrived on time - actually a little early. Explained what would be easy to repair and what would be more difficult, especially repairing the top part of the lanai screen. Work took less time than initially indicated. Asked me to review/inspect the work. Charged me less than initial estimate. What more could I ask for. Oh, and he's a Steeler fan.

I'd been trying for weeks to have a few screen panels in my Lanai replaced but wasn't able to to find anybody who could provide timely services. By chance, I noticed the Mr Greenscreens truck in a neighbors drive. I spoke with him briefly and he agreed to look at my repairs and provide a quote after completing his current repair work. No question that I'll use him again in the future !!

My experience with him was excellent. The guy was very professional. He seemed to be very experienced. He has been doing this job for a long time. He was very punctual. He cleaned up after himself. Everything about him was good. I will use him again in the future. I rate him high overall.

After purchasing a home, we realized that there were several pool cage screens that were torn and needed replacement. We called Mr. Green Screens after finding him on Angie's List. He arrived promptly and did a thorough exam of our pool cage, pointing out problems. Once we agreed to having the work done, it was completely quickly and professionally. Nice guy-professional work.

Doug's wife, Traci, called me promptly after I contacted Mr. Greenscreens through Angie's List. Since it was late Friday, she said Doug would call to confirm coming for the estimate on Monday after he went to the permit office for another job. She called again Sunday afternoon and said Doug would be near us Sunday afternoon and could come to give us an estimate. Doug arrived and was clean and neat. He reviewed the job quickly, gave us the estimate, and said he'd be back on Monday. He came Monday; did the job quickly and well and we paid him the $80. I would recommend Mr. Greenscreens.

I was pretty satisfied with the overall experience with them. They did a very good job. They were courteous, on time and on the money. I would use them again. I had got another bid and I thought Mr Greenscreens’ price was very fair.

I got Mr. Greenscreens off of Angies list and he said he would come over to check it out and perhaps make the repair. On seeing how high and over the pool the repair was needed he would return another day with more ladders and suspension over the pool area. He returned a few days later with all he needed to get up so high and reach the flapping screen. He called me on completion and we talked about the reason it came out of the grooves. I paid him and he was on to the next job. He did a good job

I had a previous bid, his was the same but he offered more at that price. He gave me a worst case bid and said if he could repair instead of replace he would deduct it from the total and in the end he did (when was the last time you got a rebate from somebody working on your home?) He was prompt, thorough, professional, took the time to do it right. I feel better knowing my cats (escape artists) won't get out. I give Doug my highest recommendation.

Doug knows his stuff! He has done some screen repair and reinforcements to our pool cage as well. He is very fair and honest.
