Description of Work: Repaired the front door so I had no need to buy a new one and repaired several spots of screening on my lanai and re-enforced by replacingall the missing or rusted out bolts holding my lanai in place. Also replaced thresholds at both stores to eliminate the possibility of critters entering my lanai. Great job and fantastic clean up once the job was complete

Description of Work: Facts: Said he'd arrive on 12/26/14 PM. He call at 4PM and says he's tired could he come the following day. |He estimates the job and writes a dollar figure on the back of his business card. I ask for something more formal with specifics as to how many and what screens he was going to replace and be becomes "put-out." |He stated that he would perform the job the following Tuesday, if not, it would be Wednesday. He showed on Monday with no confirmation from me, which required me to cancel my trip out of town. |Halfway through the 4 hour job, he informs me that he's leaving the job site and that his helper would finish the job. He asked to be paid in-full. I stated that I would pay him when the job was completed. He became upset, raised his voice and disrespected me in front of my company. Further he said he'd take $20 off the bill if I paid him with cash so that he wouldn't have to report the income to the Government. |When his helper finished the job, I paid him in-full via a check and gave him a cash tip. |Unprofessional operation, to say the least and I would not recommend him. |All of the above are facts and not opinions.

Description of Work: Mr. Greenscreens was very honest, gave me a competitive estimate on very short notice, moved his schedule around to accommodate my schedule and did the work well in a shorter time than quoted. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.
