Our experience attempting to buy appliances was less than satisfactory. We were greeted at the door with a terse "do you have an appointment". After explaining we were not aware one was needed and offering to make one, we were invited in. It was not busy. We knew what we wanted and we were ready to make a purchase. The salesman walked us through the store and provided verbal quotes and thoughts on our choices. He seemed to be warming up. We indicated we wanted to move forward then and there. I really just wanted to get it done. Alas, he responded he would develop some written quotes and email them in a few days. He did not follow through on his commitment. I gave him a week and sent an email reminder. He did not respond so I found another supplier. He wasted our time and we lost a week on our schedule.
