Kelly Roofing

They did a fantastic job. It was a really substantial project. With spending this much money, I wanted this roof to last a lifetime. I had them come out five different times to take care of little things that I wasn't 100% satisfied with. They addressed every concern, so that everything was perfect in the end. They do good, quality work and they were responsive afterwards. I didn't have to hold any payment over their head to have them rectify anything I wanted after they were finished. They have an annual service for maintenance and cleaning the roof, and I plan on continuing with that.

For a big job, it couldn't have gone any better. They were able to start before our scheduled start date and finished in less than two weeks. There were a few issues which Kelly Roofing addressed immediately and resolved to our complete satisfaction. We would definitely use them again!

Very well. All work completed in 1 day. An additional hour was added the following day to install a separate downspout.

Other than some internal breakdown in communication in 3 instances everything else worked great. I would just caution customers to pay close attention to detail.

Our salesman (I'm sorry, I forget his name now) came out and climbed onto the roof, took pictures, and gave us a detailed description of what needed to be done to fix the leak. There was rotting wood underneath. The work was more extensive than another company was going to do, but for the same price. The came out when promised, a week later, and got the job done in one day. They also did a good job of cleaning up the site afterwards. The worker took pics. and showed them to us. It's been about 2 months now, through rainy season, and there has not been anymore problems with the leak that we can detect. We would definitely recommend Kelly Roofing to others.

This is NOT a good company. Lets be clear. They are all too willing to take your money and do a "repair." Understand that when the repair fails they will NOT take care of business on their end of the deal without MANY MANY calls to the company. They NEVER answer the phone. You will always get a answering service rep who tells you they can't answer the phone due to high call volumes. I took two days off work and called literally every hour trying to get a hold of a Kelly representative. One time was I able to do this. Zack was our original inspector. He inspected and took care of the original job. When that job failed (well within the 1 year warranty) he came out to evaluate the failure. He stated that a prior roof job had made it difficult for them to do the original repair. This was something they never told me about after the original repair. The problem is there was NEVER, may I repeat, NEVER any prior repair job on the roof. The second time they came out to fix their original repair the crew only wanted to fix the leak and not the damage to their original repair. Zack had stated (2 weeks prior) that it appeared the entire job needed to be redone. This "TOP 100" company is anything but TOP. I would never use them again. I certainly wouldn't use them to replace my roof in the near future when it needs age related replacement. Poor customer service. Poor workmanship. I couldn't be more disappointed. You have been warned.

Kelly Roofing was timely with their job estimate and in performing the work that was needed. They were efficient and did a professional job, keeping me informed via photographs and documentation - through completion. Everything was cleaned up when they left and they provided a warranty, insuring the quality of their work.

We had two active leaks in our ceilings from roof problems. Kelly was diligent in finding the locations of the leaks and then repaired quickly. It was a two day job. They were very professional and courteous. I have used Kelly Roofing in the past and will continue to use their services if need be. I would definitely recommend them in this Naples area.

We have used Kelly Roofing before and highly recommend them. They are prompt, efficient and do a great job from management down to the workers. If we would ever need work done we would definitely call Kelly Roofing.

The workmen arrived on time. They were professional, polite and hard working. Pictures were taken of the problem and of each step of the repair as well as the finished job. The project manager came immediately after the work was complete to inspect the roof. They did a roof/skylight repair about a year ago and the service was excellent then as well. The work came with a one year guarantee. I highly recommend this company.

Kelly Roofing evaluated and repaired a leak I had in my tile roof. They came out a did a thorough evaluation of my roof and provided a detailed proposal. The project manager quickly addressed some questions I had. The actual roof repair was done while I was at work. The supervisor emailed me pictures of the repairs, which was neat to see. The job site was left clean also. I was happy with the work completed and would use Kelly Roofing in the future.

First time around not so good. after a while the roof leaked again in the same spot and caused a lot of water damage inside. Second time the same area was fixed again under warrantee, which the first said had expired

Kelley Roofing continues to bill me for work not completed and I have contacted them multiple times to resolve this and they have not responded. A salesman came over to give me a quote for some insulation over a 12 X 12 room and to add insulation to a small wall in the attic where the insulation had fallen. He also recommended fixing part of my roof that I agreed to at the time. After climbing on my roof I decided not to get the roof repair done and only get the insulation added. They came and insulated the 12 X 12 room but did not add the insulation to the attic wall or do the roof repair yet they are continually sending me invoices for all of that work and have not and/or will not respond to my requests to fix this. I have called twice. The 1st time I spoke with a woman who said she would look into it and return my call but she never did. The 2nd call was during normal business hours but the call went to there answering service who I left a detailed message with but still no return call. I have emailed 4 people, the salesman, the project manager and 2 woman who both sent me emails charging me for work that was not completed. Only 1 person responded and said I was being billed for the insulation. I replied with the attached work order telling them only part of that order was completed but they keep billing me for the full amount. Again, no response.

Everyone at Kelly was professional, responsive, communicative and the price was reasonable. They did a great job. I would recommend them highly.

I noticed an area of water staining on my second floor ceiling and called Kelly Roofing out to inspect and provide a quote. It was about a 2/5 or 3 week wait for the initial inspection but Conner called prior to the appointment and showed on time. I felt confident about him and his inspection (he went into the attic and climbed the very high roof) as he documented everything with photos and clearly explained where and why the leak was occurring. Conner provided a quote while on location and, while it was a bit higher than I was hoping, it was well presented. I told him I'd have to consider and get a couple of other quotes. While waiting for 2 other companies to show over the next couple of days (neither ever showed up) I received a couple of automated follow up emails from Kelly Roofing/Conner, not to push me on a decision but to provide general education material regarding roofing. These guys seem to know their stuff. In the end, I decided to move forward with Kelly Roofing. From the time I accepted the quote I was sent additional emails which plotted out exactly what and when to expect things to occur, a project schedule. Their communication process was exceptional, possibly the best I've received from a contractor in SWFL. The crew showed up as scheduled and performed the work as laid out. The following day I received another email which included photos which were actually taken by one of the crew members throughout the repair process, once again documenting everything. Very refreshing to see. I was able to handle my deposit and final payment online and have received some solid wrap up emails and tips from the company as well. I will absolutely call Kelly Roofing and Conner for any future roofing needs.

Roof leak detected during pre-roof cleaning inspection. Confirmed by another vendor. Chose Kelly due to professionalism and thoroughness of on site inspection and the roof cleaning approach. Price was competitive. Professionalism and friendliness of the crew who performed the work was fantastic. And they stayed with the job over the weekend to make sure it was completed and company inspectors separate from the crew inspected the work to be sure it was done right. My neighbor was so impressed he is having them do his roof too.

Kelly Roofing is wonderful. They were prompt and professional and the price was 25% lower than the other bid we got. I loved the email communication, saved me time when I didn't have time to answer the phone. Billing process was streamlined. AND I loved all the photos of the before, during and after. Excellent repairs on my roof and installation of sky lights .. All was done in a timely and professional manner

My title roof was in great need of power washing and maintenance. After calling several local companies, getting estimates in the thousands of dollars, someone suggested I call Kelly Roofing. In my first call, the receptionist was very professional. This professionalism continued through the sales process and to the completion of the job. The work was perform on time and within the estimate provided. During the cleaning process. The service tech noticed a couple of broken titles. He came back the next day to replace them. The company when ?above and beyond?. After the work was completed, my yard and driveway was cleared and cleaned of all debris. This is a very professional company which does quality work.

Their team is excellent as it is divided into specialty units for each part of the company and well trained with continuously schooling to keep them up on the newest techniques. Employees are fairly paid so little turnover occurs, insuring the customer will get an excellent final result. I would recommend them to anyone.
