Description of Work: complete reroof using standing seam metal with hidden fasteners. They also through a subcontractor added rafter clips bringing my roof up to Miami Dade code. Along with the wind medication report also provided by their subcontractor my $5400 insurance bill has been reduced to $2800.

Thank you for your comments. We are here to make this better. After reviewing our notes I don't see a call or email. However, I've set up a case to have the roof inspected and look for any broken tiles. Our after project completion photos show a clean roof without any remaining broken tiles. I know the original job, which was awarded 4/16/14, was pushed back until 11/20/14 so that you could be in town to see the work being performed. Perhaps the tiles were noted before the final was completed. Either way, we will fix any broken tiles found this week. Thanks again for letting us know, Ken Kelly President Kelly Roofing

Description of Work: We call them for an estimate. He stood on a ladder and took a couple of pictures 5 min later told us what was needed and an approximately cost and would send us in writing the contract. And it did arrive with a 400 dollar over the estimate. At that time we did not feel confident with what they said since the men did not spend any time trying to look of where the problem was and the estimate had changed. We decided to look somewhere else for help .We did not feel the men was interested in doing the job |

The additional amount was to repair all the broken tiles throughout the entire roof, which is in addition to the amount you referenced.
