Description of Work: Failed to show at scheduled time they set up.. As this was an insurance claim issue many others were waiting for Kelly in order to proceed with claim. By not showing and not calling that they could not make appointment, Kelly inconvenienced many people other than we, the home owners

Description of Work: Repaired flashing at vent stack. Very professional. Workers arrived a day early to get the job done before a major rainstorm. These guys value doing roof work correctly.

Description of Work: Remove/replace asphalt shingle roof on the house and shed. Most everything happened quickly and on schedule, the only setbacks being a weather delay and a permitting issue that wasn't Kelly's fault. Was always in contact with and informed of what was happening through every step of the process. Crew was very fast, professional, and neat. | |Very satisfied with the color of the new roof, and extremely satisfied with the new shingles/roof durability as nothing was disturbed in the violent weather we had 1/17/2016, it was tornado/hurricane like force here.

Description of Work: Failed to complete job the first time. Numerous calls to the main office and crew supervisor failed to get a response even after speaking with the company president. Over a month later, one guy shows up to complete the job. I had to loan him my circular saw and point out further work he still had not completed.

Description of Work: put up new gutters.. They had to come out several times to fix a few things. There is one area I am not especially happy with. I dont know if I would use them again.

Description of Work: I made an appointment with the office to have someone come to my house for an estimate on replacing my gutters. My appointment was confirmed, and the man doing the estimate would call before he got here. I waited at home all afternoon of my day off. No one called. No one came by. I let the office know that no one showed. They were very nice and sent an email to the estimator, cc'd to me, asking why he didn't show or call. I never heard from them again. I'm not doing business with a company that can't even get an estimate done. This place has some obvious communication problems.

Description of Work: We contacted Kelly Roofing to get an estimate to repair a leaky skylight. We had previously patched the area, but it was leaking again and we wanted to get it repaired properly. We had gotten an estimate from another company that seemed extremely low for the work that we knew needed to be done. Kelly's estimate was right in line with what we had expected such a repair to cost. |Kelly's workers were all very professional, polite, and considerate of us and our property. They arrived in the morning, did the work, and cleaned up after themselves. |We would definitely recommend Kelly Roofing -- in fact, we have -- and will use them again when we need a roofer.

Description of Work: Installation is scheduled for end of September 2015. We've chosen a standing seam metal roof replacing our asphalt shingle roof. Tony at Kelly Roofing is our project manager. He is very knowledgeable about the products, answers questions, responds to our email questions quickly. They are even having a sample of roofing in our color mailed to us from the manufacturer. | |In their bid every little detail was laid out with other options and the cost of those options. That was exceptionally helpful. The options were explained in detail. | |We look forward to having our new roof.

Description of Work: Installed gutters and downspouts on two sides of my home, professional workers and staff. Delay in scheduling my job was due to heavy rains. Very satisfied with the installation process, clean workers left no debris behind. I would hire them again if necessary.

Description of Work: They put a new roof on my sunroom, which was a addition to the house. I had a leak in my sunroom. Their Project Manager, Tony, came out got up on the roof, checked it out. He found a couple of places that looked to be contributing to the problem. He left me 2 proposals, one to fix the problem and one to redo the roof on the sunroom. He answered all my questions and left me with the information to make my decision. I opted to redo the roof. Everyone at Kelly Roofing was kind and professional. The team of 3 that worked on the roof worked quickly and efficiently. They were able to schedule the job in a timely manner and complete it in a timely manner. I was pleased from the first phone call to the last handshake!

Description of Work: I had several contractors look at our leak and two others said I needed a new roof. The house is about 20 years old and Kelly suggested repair to the current leak and that we probably had at least another 5 years on the current roof. We will probably need a new roof within five years and I will definitely have Kelly do the job. They were prompt and seemed to be very knowledgeable about our problem. Did the work as they said they would with no additional cost, on time, and professionally. Also, this company was recommended by a building contractor we have used several times and know that he uses only the best sub-contractors. Highly recommended!
