It went very good. I found nails here and there but they couldn't’t pick up everything, I found them in the grass. I called them back because the soffit on the side of the house was bad and fell off. I asked them to come back and fix it and they said they were going to charge me 180.00 dollars to come out and fix it. I had a handyman fix it instead.

The presentation of their proposal was the best that I've ever seen. Their proposal identified each step in quite a bit of detail. The work was very well done and everything was done as expected except to the fact that they did have a 3-day gap in between the first part and the second part.

Installation took the entire day and before they were finished (or so it seemed) it began to rain. They claimed that they were done and all was fine. I had to depart the following day but could not help but notice that the entire skylight was crooked. It was raised up in one corner with some debris hanging out into the interior of my ceiling and when looking at it from an interior angle - it was definitely crooked. I had them come out to address this - they removed and repositioned. I then left town - to return to more drywall damage to the interior area of the skylight. I called them out again and told them that the skylight was still leaking. Please note that immediately after the new skylight was installed - I was up on a ladder scraping and sanding the existing drywall that had been damaged from the prior skylight leak. I did this for the sole purpose of determining whether or not the leak was completely fixed, before hiring a guy to complete the drywall repairs entirely. It's clear from the naked eye that the skylight is still leaking though perhaps not quite as much. When I complained a 2nd time the lead guy told me, "you've got problems with that area of the house and I don't know what's going on there" in a very nasty tone as if to say, it's wasn't their problem and was beyond their ability to deal with. Is water pouring into my nook, the answer is "no - it isn't." But is there moisture and clearly water intrusion taking place around the seal of the skylight - most definitely. The drywall around the skylight clearly shows discoloration and bubbling of paint/drywall indicative of water intrusion during heavy rain and this is not from the old skylight that they replaced. I would never give these people the time of day. They are arrogant and provide sloppy work at best.

This company was recommended for a replacement roof needed on our Bonita Springs home. When I called to request an estimate, I was told that either my husband or I had to be present for it to be completed. Although Kelly Roofing was the only company to require this among 4 potential vendors, I was willing to travel from my Michigan home to obtain the estimate. The appointment was scheduled 10 days ago and confirmed by phone yesterday. This morning, I received a call from their project manager to tell me that his day was too busy to make my appointment and he needed to re-schedule. Needless to say, we are proceeding with another roofing company who earned our business by providing the requested estimate on a timely basis and continuing to answer our questions while awaiting our decision. I think Kelly Roofing needs to review their estimating procedures and make an earnest commitment to customer service, be it a potential or confirmed client. .

This experience is not going well. Their work is sloppy, there is no supervision on the job and they do not complete the work as promised and they are nonresponsive. I am waiting on an inspection from the distributor of the product that was used. The job is complete and I stand by my original report above. I finally requested the manufacturer of the coating used for this job to come by and inspect the roof. Because we waited on him about two weeks, it delayed the completion by that amount of time. Before this holdup all delays were due to Kelly Roofing. The girls in the office are much better at handling the jobs and the customers than the people actually doing the work and their supervisors. After the job was complete they made many attempts to see that I was satisfied however it was much too little too late. No, I would not call Kelly Roofing for this type of roof job or any roofing job. Sorry. I really wish that I would have stopped the work after they washed the roof and not done the coating and I would have saved a ton of agrivation and a lot of money AND the roof would have looked the same.

I heard about them partly through advertising and partly through a neighbor’s recommendation. I had a problem after the job was initially done, which I pointed out to them, and they came in and took care of the problem without giving me a hard time about it. I think they’re extremely knowledgeable. They’ve won numerous national awards. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

See above. The roof repair was very professional. All issues have been resolved.

They’re responsive and keep the work site clean. They’re a class act!

We are thinking about using them because their price is less but they use the same product as another company that we like. Also, I called several referrals that were given to me by Kelly Roofing and they all gave high praise for them. I called up the city and had them pull the permits for the last seven months that involved new metal roofs and Kelly Roofing was one of the two names that came up. We don’t want to have to replace our roof again in 15 years. The products we are looking at are rated for up to 120 mph winds and there is a 50 year warranty on the product and 20 year warranty on the work itself. I also called the company that makes the product and he also recommended Kelly Roofing. Now that I have three or four people that recommend them, I feel confident. The product looks like regular Spanish tile but it is metal and screws down. You can get a discount on your insurance if you work everything out with them.

Amature workmanship and refusal to correct the problems: When they applied the mortar they just slopped it on and didn't match the mortar color to the tile color at all. Their solution was to PAINT over the tiles and mortar with some kind of paint that looks even worse. Also installed the drip edge at the lanai at wrong angle but refuse to take responsibility and fix. When it rains, the water pours into our lanai like a waterfall. Disputed both problems for weeks when the work was originally performed with no results. Now they called to do their "5 year warranty inspection". Showed them the problems once again and their reply was "yep, this isn't one of our better jobs". . . but still no solutions offered. Will never use them again or recommend to anyone.

They were wonderful. It went perfect.

They were professional, but however their pricing was quite high. They cleaned up after themselves and provided the service they said they would. They did a great job, we just won't use them again in the future because of the cost.

They did the job very quickly in six days. They did a good job, but I was disappointed that I never got a call to see if everything turned out alright. The roof was fine, but there was no follow up call.

It took five months to complete the job. The supervisor quit and my husband had to babysit the workers to get the job done. The roof looks great. It just took a lot longer than expected.
