My wife and I decided to go with Kelly Roofing . We further decided to add a skylight to our roofing work. We contacted Kelly Roofing aat their office and paid a deposit. Once we were on their schedule, The materials were delivered with care taken to protect our driveway. Kelly Roofing kept us in the loop. The main foreman for the job came to our home and explained what, why, and when of the operation. He answered all of our questions. Kelly provided a crew to do the chimney repair and flashing. This work was timely done and we were told the condition of the chimney before and after, The roofing foreman and his crew followed, This foreman also explained what they were going to do. He asked me to contact him if there were any problems or questions. The crew was professional, worked well together, and did a very good job of cleaning up after each day of work, The skylight was installed after the roof was stripped and the underlayment was installed, This was done by a seperate crew who made sure of the location we wanted to install the skylight in. This part of the job resulted in better lighting in our kitchen than we had hoped for. The roof installation was straight forward. Through out all off the work, the main foreman kept in contact with us by phone and periodic inspections. He got up on the roof to make sure things were done properly. Upon completion of his inspections, he would check in and ask us if we had problems or questions. My wife and I are very pleased with the final product. Our neighbors also liked the look of the finished roof. We told Kelly Roofing how much we liked their operation and their people.We recommended Kelly Roofing to our friends and neighbors. And now we are telling Angie;s List of our recommendation.

Everyone I dealt with was kind and professional at all times. There were several delays but they were explained and I never doubted their reasons. Inadvertently the job was closed prior to new gutters being installed. Richard stopped by and apologized and assured me they would be installed as son as he could get a team to the house. I just paid the bill and explained to Heather the situation. she suggested I remit partial payment and she would e mail Richard to get the situation resolved. Excellent. Most liked was the professional and experienced evaluation of the problem by their project manager which proved different than what we believed the problem was. The office kept us informed regarding scheduling, actual arrival date and time of arrival. Then they kept in touch to be sure that we were completely satisfied. Work crew could not have been more coutreous or hard working. When I need a roofing solution again, they will be my absolute first contact. The repair crew showed up, told us what they were going to do, asked whether we had any questions, and then finished the job. The crew kept the work area neat at all times and cleaned up before they left. A very satisfactory job. This is the second time we've used Kelly Roofing, and we will continue to use them for any future issues.

Overall service was excellent. We experienced some difficulty when provider of materials was unable to deliver when promised but in the end Ken and Joe Kelly made everything right. The final job is beautiful and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again.

We had heard good comments from two neighbors who had used Kelly roofing in the past. So, this was the reason we called them for an estimate. From our initial estimate to the end of the completed project everything was done with a professional attitude. They always arrived promptly and worked until the job was completed. All phone calls or questions were answered promptly. If we ever need another roof we would most definitely use them. While roofing is not an exciting decorator item it did improve the appearance of our home. Great job from start to finish.

From the initial inspection to the estimate of the work that needed to be done to the completion of the job everything was handled in a very professional manner. Kelly's representative - Jeremy Bratt was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice regarding the work that needed to be done. Although a relatively small job the company keep me up to date on all aspects by email (as I was not in Florida when the work was done. Things were done on time and on budget and I am very happy with the quality of the work. Would always use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs done.

Work was done very proficiently, clean up each day was great and the guys worked very hard in the heat. And the workers were friendly and professional. Sales person kept me informed on each step of the job, and helped me to understand each step. I would recommend Kelly Roofing . They do a good job at a far price.

I called Kelly Roofing based upon good reviews from other customers. We had noticed a wet ceiling in the master bedroom after the recent heavy rains. I could not identify the source in the attic so I needed a roofer. When I called to book, they offered a free inspection and repair quote, or they could just send their repair team out directly for a set price that included "minimal repairs as needed." I asked to have the repair team sent. They booked it on the day I asked for. They called the day before and offered to come a day early as they had availability. They were on time, and quickly identified what had caused the leak (on a six year old roof - new home). The repair was going to be a bit more than the "minimal" included rate, but they were able to use the existing roof tiles as they were still quite new. They were fast, professional, and thorough. They were concerned about being cost effective and had no problem doing a "repair" when many roofers immediately suggest that you need a whole new roof. I waited a week in heavy rain to make sure the problem was indeed resolved, and it is. No more leak. They are quite worth the money, professional, and fair. I would highly recommend.

We secured five proposals for our roof replacement and Kelly Roofing was not the least expensive. However,we were impressed from the start by Jeremy, their sales rep and decided to hire them to do the work. Although there were challenges with the rainy weather, the crew worked very diligently and professionally to get the job done. The finished product looked great but the were some minor issues to be addressed. Company president, Ken Kelly, personally addressed them quickly and to our satisfaction. We have heard from others that working with roof replacement companies can be frustrating. Our experience was quite the contrary and we would not hesitate to recommend Kelly Roofing. .I was going on vacation but wanted my roof repaired. Kelly Roofing said they could do it without my being present. My neighbor was available if needed. When I returned, my roof was fixed, everything was cleaned up, and no sign of anything having been done was visible. A very painless process. They were on time, very professional, and quite tidy. I am quite happy with the results and my leaky roof is fixed.

This was a complex process, involving many steps and many days. We wanted information about the Hydro-Sheen process before making our decision to go forward. We were directed to the Hydro-Sheen company's website, which was very informative and reassuring that it was a good product and process. They have an great warranty, and Kelly Roofing is an approved contractor for them. After watching Kelly personnel work, we know why. The Kelly Roofing workers were very knowledgeable, hard-working, careful, and conscientious as they executed each step. They seemed to take their jobs personally, with pride in doing it well. They politely and thoroughly answered questions we had along the way. We had several different crews work on the job, with each crew seeming to have a different task, and each one surpassing the prior crew. As a family-owned and operated company, Kelly Roofing showed their commitment to doing things right. Everyone we contacted did his/her best to provide us with a good experience and to be sure we were happy with the results, which we definitely are. Sometimes communications with the office lagged, but that is probably due to two things--'growing pains' (an expected result with a growing, conscientious, family-operated company), plus the unusually-heavy rainy period we've experienced these past two months. They listen well and respond even better. We're committed to sticking with them for any future roofing needs.

Everything went perfect. They came to inspect the roof when they said they would. They also repaired the roof when they said they would. They were very professional in all aspects.

I couldn't have been more pleased with Kelly Roofing, they were terrific, the guy showed up at 7 in the morning smiling and they left at 7 at night smiling and they worked all day and did a wonderful job. There guy was the sharpest and their products seemed to be the best. They cleaned up everything and went over the lawn picking the roofing nails and they hauled away the stuff that they removed everyday and they may have made 2 or 3 days hauling away the stuff. It was like workers from the 1950s, they worked hard and they were happy.They were a couple hundred dollars from the lowest bid but they have been around the longest.

They did a fine job, and when there was a problem, they came back to fix it, without complaint.
