Arrived on time with a crew. No problems. Came back and even painted the new vent to blend in with the color of the roof tiles. We use them every year and they do a great job. They also follow up to make sure you are satisfied with the work.

Joe came and gave us an estimate very soon after we called. Very professional. The workers came on the day scheduled but late in day as darkness set in. They were supposed to remove a tile in back of house and put it in front of house so the new tile would be less noticeable in the back of the house. Unfortunately the workers were unable to remove one in back and took it from the front. Initially two tiles stood out due to color difference.We called Joe who was quick to come back and evaluate the work. He told us if the tiles do not blend in after six months call them and they will come back. (Apparently a coating was put on) At this point 5months later the color difference seems to be less noticeable. Overall a good company and I would recommend them

Went very well. Clearly roofers knewn what they were doing. removed tiles, replaced minor amount of plywood and roofing material/underlayment and replaced all. Took another couple of days to finish the job as the roofer had to get some tiles that matched my roof tiles. I would definitely use this roofer again and provide him another opportunity to bid on any roofing or roofing related work that I needed. Roofer did not provide the best price, but I am glad I went with Kelly roofing. Don't hesitate to phone the office if you have questions. Recco getting 3 estimates from well established roofers -- Angie's list a or perhaps b rating. -- when the job is likely to exceed 1000 dollars. And do not ignore the company's guarantee nor length in business.

Clearly something has changed at Kelly Roofing! A year ago I spent $2,695.00 on roof repairs with Kelly Roofing. The following is how they treated me, knowing I was a previous customer who paid on time for the work done: On March 21, 2014, I sent an email regarding another leak in my roof. Susan called and scheduled an appointment between 11AM and 1PM for April 3rd. Joe Kelly, Jr. was to come and give me an estimate to fix the roof. Mr. Kelly DID NOT show up for the appointment and when I contacted the office, at 2PM they were surprised, and then covered for him saying someone should have called since he was "out sick". I scheduled another appointment for April 8th and reconfirned on the day of the appointment. I was assured by Susan that Mr. Kelly would be there within the appointment window of 4PM to 6PM. Mr. Kelly DID NOT show up for the second appointment. Mr. Kelly DID NOT call me to inform me that he was not coming. I know he had both my address and phone number I sent the following email that night to both Susan and Mr. Kelly stating: Susan, It is now 6:15 PM and a second no show by the owner of your company! I called you at 4:10 pm today to reconfirm this second appointment and you assured me Joe would be here as scheduled. The last time I used your company the employees who represented Kelly Roofing were professional and on time. I'm sure Joe has a phone and could at least have called to alert me that he was running late or not coming at all. I received NO RESPONSE to this email! Kelly Roofing has an automated system that sent me an email survey on April 10th asking how the appointment went and to rate my experience with the company. Clearly I was unhappy with being stood up twice and said so! I also told them I would be forwarding a review of their company to you at Angie's List. As of today, I have received NO communication from anyone at Kelly Roofing regarding this situation. I find their lack of concern very unprofessional and certainly DO NOT RECOMMEND them nor will I use their services in the future!

1,500 This is an approximate dollar bid. It was higher than what I'm stating. This contractor bid $1,100 OVER what two other bids came in at! Unbelievable.......I am a senior, single woman and don't trust this company to do any work on my house after this bid. However, the proposal that was emailed to me contained beautiful pictures of my house and clearly outlined the work to be done. $1,100 is too much for pretty pictures.

Extremely professional service-- from the initial contact on the phone to meeting with Joe Kelly Jr, as well as the installation. I liked the idea of using a business that has been family owned for over 30 years and after discussing my roof's leak and the condition of the roof, I was thrilled to find that he adressed the problem and was able to ensure me that it wasn't the roof but the poor gutter installation which caused the leak in my dining area. Joe told me that they would be able to install a gutter which had a nice warranty and that would be custom made right on the property for my roof. This was done on time and installed by competent and professional workers. I am so pleased with the outcome of what could have been a very costly endeavor. Thanks Kelly Roofing!

They tried so hard to find the problem. They were punctual, helpful and professional. We would definitely hire them again.

I was called out of town before the repair was made, but they said it didn't matter. They came and removed the roofing tiles, replaced a rotted piece of plywood, replaced the tiles, asphalt paper sealants, flashing and fasteners. They cleaned up and removed all debris. When I returned everything was completed and you couldn't even tell anything had been done. (My neighbor attested to the fact that they had indeed been there.) Great job.

We had leaks into the home through several windows. Got their name from Angie's List. I always get more than one estimate, but felt their professionalism was superior, so I knew I was going to get things done right. Gave them 50% deposit and someone called and schedule the repair within 24 hours, it was completed within two weeks or so. They keep you posted at all times. Great customer service!

After having to call multiple times to get an appointment (two-hour window) for an estimate, the estimator did not show, did not call, and never responded to a follow-up email to reschedule. Days later, the owner emailed to politely apologize for the mishap saying it was a computer scheduling error and requested another opportunity for the estimator to make an appointment. Appreciating the communication, we welcomed another opportunity, but it has been 7 days and we have yet to hear from him. Kelly Roofing was recommended by a neighbor who had work done, but we have been unable to get a timely estimate. The two-hour window seems to be a general industry practice, but in contrast, another highly-reviewed roofing company showed up precisely when scheduled and provided a printed estimate on the spot.

They were right on time to give an estimate and their price was the best of three companies. They were right on time to do the job and completed it in one day for the set price. And their work seems to be fine. But I also needed some paperwork for the insurance company and I had to write and call for several weeks to get this. They had also agreed to provide a report/list of the repairs they made and photos of the work (sheathing, shingles, etc.). After numerous emails and calls, this has never come. I am happy with the work but very unhappy with their neglect in providing paperwork that I needed to satisfy the insurance company.

Kelly Roofing provided a prompt and detailed quote. They performed the service as quoted in a very professional manner. And, believe it or not...they were by far the lowest quote I received! I would highly recommend their services.

I contacted Kelly Roofing for a quote using their web site and Mr Joe Kelly contacted me within 24 hours and was at my home the next day to measure and issue a quote. The quote we received was complete and a fair price for the job that was proposed. I was given a written quote with full disclosure of each item to be provided and performed, after accepting the quote we were provided with a proposed calendar of events that would be happening in the future along with the names and telephone numbers of all the Kelly Roofing people who were involved in our project. The project began on schedule was completed on schedule including the clean-up of our entire property. We are thrill with the new roof and how it has improved the look of our house.

Joe Kelly Jr came to the house and inspected the damage and provided a detailed estimate within 2 days. The quote was very reasonable and the work was done professionally with a clean crew that worked expeditiously and in a timely fashion. Would recommend in the future.

Was wonderfully surprised how professional they were. Before starting work, they called and emailed the estimate and start time. They provided excellent service in a timely manner. The repair blends perfectly.

Thoroughout the procedure a representative from the company gave us regular updates on the work to date and upon completion did a thorough inspection and gave us a report before we made our final payment. All in all Kelly Roofing were efficient, professional and punctual. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. In addition after everything was done I received a call from the owner, Joe Kelly Sr, who wanted to ensure that it was all done to my satisfaction.

I'm on the fence as to whether I would use Kelly Roofing again. In the beginning, Tony could not have been move informative. However, after things got going, keeping us informed completely fell by the wayside. The new roof was to have taken a couple of days. But, it ended up going from December 26, 2013 to January 14, 2014.

When the crew came to do the work, they introduced themselves, explained what they would be doing and kept us informed about the process. They were kind and courteous. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the crew cleaned up. I would definitely recommend Kelly Roofing to anyone needing their services. Thanks for such a positive experience.

Entire shingle roof replacement with repairs as needed. The proposal was professionally presented. Joe Kelly even had a printer in his truck so he could edit the proposal as needed and leave us with a complete, current proposal. All work was done as presented, including covering the driveway, and removal of all debris. Even searching for fallen nails using a magnet. All permits and inspections were completed in a timely manner and copies provided. We were very please with the outcome and appearance of the roof. I give them an A+.

Extremely well! They were there on time with no delays & very neat. No cleanup was innvolved on my part. I thought the price was fair for the amount of work that was entailed. The company is in constant contact with the owner to make sure the work is satisfying & there are no details overlooked. I will call them again.

If you are considering hiring Kelly Roofing, I have one bit of advice for you - DON'T DO IT!!! I contracted to have my old roof replaced with a new metal roof with a solar tube skylight. In the process of doing the work, the crew caused water intrusion into my living room, destroying my laminate floor. It took Kelly Roofing a full 5 days to even respond to my call about this water damage. They finally sent a disaster cleanup company to my home with dehumidifiers, which they left in place for over two weeks while they dragged their feet about making repairs. During this time, since nobody would return my phone calls to the company, I sent an email to company president, Ken Kelly, explaining the situation and asking for his assistance in getting this taken care of. I received NO RESPONSE to my email, and in fact, he even tried to stick me with the $785.00 bill for the dehumidifier. Meanwhile, the installation of the roof was completed, but they never came back to install the skylight, in spite of the fact that I called multiple times to try to get this done. That hasn't stopped them from sending me invoices for payment in full, which are automatically generated on a weekly basis through email. They did finally get my living room floor replaced - a full two months after the initial damage was done and without doing any kind of mold remediation! I have been trying to resolve the issues regarding payment of the invoice for the water damage company and payment for the work actually done on my house since late August. It is now October 2. Ken Kelly, the president of the company has not acknowledged any of my communications. They have now placed a lien on my home and want to charge me an additional amount for processing the lien, which wouldn't exist if they had responded to my attempts to arrange payment. I began writing this review in October and ultimately had to hire an attorney at a cost in excess of $1500.00 to get this resolved, which didn't happen until December. I would never recommend Kelly Roofing to anyone!

It went better and more smoothly than we ever expected and their price was excellent! Their employees, from the men who actually did the labor to the project manager, to the owner and his staff in the office, were all so professional, responsive and nice! We were kept informed of the progress at every stage. They all did a wonderful job on the roof and even some extra things that we really appreciated. We will highly recommend them to anyone in need of a roof or repair!

Kelly did a great job in both repairing an old leak but additionally repairing an improper attempt by a low quality roofer in the other valley. The work was of high quality in both materials and application. The clean-up was good too.

Kelly Roofing did an excellent job fixing our leaky tile roof and then added gutters. From the estimate to the installation they were timely, efficient, friendly and neat in their work. I had a slight issue with the finish stain work and it was handled extremely well. Mr. Joe Kelly called me himself to see how things went! I was very impressed with receiving the phone call. I received several bids from other roofers for the job and they were not the highest nor the lowest so I felt very good about the pricing.
