Diana Johnson, who was the designer I worked with, was terrific--she was very professional, had good ideas, and was a pleasure to work with. The installers were also very professional and capable. Everything was done in a timely manner.

Whole experience was great. I visited showroom on Old 41--they're moving to a large space on Tamiami Trail ---where I browsed and made an appointment for a free home consultation. Kevin was very knowledgeable and took his time measuring every item in my closet--even my shoes! Using their design software right at my dining table, he created a couple of options for me to choose. This was not the fanciest closet design--it has lots of shelves and double hanging spaces, and his design created the most efficient use of my space. Days before the installl date, Kevin came and removed the existing shelving, plugged the holes and took the shelving away--we didn't have any other use for it. We choose to paint the closet a new color before installation. The installers were on time, fast and efficient. Looks like quality workmanship. It was a bit more than I wanted to spend but I didn't price shop so I'm not saying that they are expensive. I feel like I've gained so much more usable space. I love going into my closet. I highly recommend this company for the whole experience.

Perfect. The salesman Rick Yagelski worked hard to formulate what we needed. On the appointed day, two installers brought the material, custom fit it to the space and secured it. They had all the tools and fasteners. No modifications were needed nor were any last minute glitches encountered.

We had a great experience . They were very easy to work with .....came when they said they were going to ......finished the work when they said and the work was beautifully done. We are very pleased with our new master bedroom closet!

I am so pleased with H.L. Burkley and his incredible team. I am completely unorganized and my family has been paying the price. They were so professional and just wonderful to work with. I had Custom Closets and More design and install all of the closets in our old home in Naples. Every part of the process was an absolute delight. I can't imagine moving into our home without our amazing closets. We were able to manage our space and keep everything organized. I told my husband that our master bedroom closet is my favorite room in the house! It is certainly the first thing I show off to guests who come to visit! And my husband loves the garage unit that was created for us. All our needs were met to the highest standards. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Great! Chris is the sales person and designer. The linen closets were straightforward but he suggested that the shelves could be deeper than what I had. Wonderful idea - I have so much more space. Because the guest closet was simply a bar for hanging, Chris designed a space where hanging could be done above and below, with shelves added as well. I selected a maple finish and it looks great in addition to making better use of the space. Kyle was the man who did the installation. He got right to work, did an outstanding job, and even painted the few holes from the previous design that had been filled in. Both Chris and Kyle are great assets for this company.

Company reps and installer were both very good. Closets turn out great. Installer did a great job and was very personable. All work done very satisfactorily.

I could not be more pleased with the company. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional. When we met with a few minor problems, it was taken care of efficiently and in a timely fashion. The installer's, Dan and Joe, were top notch. I've already given my neighbor's a thumbs up, if they are in need of storage solutions.

Kevin Kirby paid a visit, designed the closet, and looked at the garage floor. The estimates were reasonable. The work was done on time and was excellent. Everyone was very efficient & easy to work with.

Closet was quite small and they utilized the height and made this AWESOME closet. My son absolutely loves it. The installation was great, fast, and thorough. The staff was professional and kind and very clean. This is the second time we have used the company. Chris Riesen was our sales professional both times. After meeting with multiple other companies which were cheaper, we gave Chris the job for his total honesty, sincerity, and professionalism. He is very detail oriented and creative and is passionate about his job. We highly recommend the company. Everyone is so easy to deal with and kind and courteous. We love love love our closets throughout our home!!! Even though price was higher than other estimates, it was well worth the investment. We would not consider going with anyone else.

The projects went great! The salesman, Chris Reisen was always available, and very professional to work with. The key to this product is the installation, and the team, headed by Scott was consistently professional and easy to work with. They had to use a diamond sander to proper some very uneven surfaces, including stairs, and they did a great job, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.

Diana did great job on design. She utilized all available space & was a joy to work with. Don & Joe did a good job on installation but found several pieces missing/wrong size. They did a good job of getting it all done right.

Very pleasant experience from the first phone call to installation. Everyone I spoke to or came in contract with was polite courteous, professional & helpful. Couderay did a great job meeting our needs with her design, and the installers did beautiful job. arrived on time and were very respectful.

It went very well. The salesperson was extremely responsive - and was willing to meet with us after hours (at our home), and by appointment on a day they aren't typically open. The product they used is manufactured at another location - but is engineered extremely well. We met with other companies that get raw melamine and cut it on location, but those do not seem to be engineered to tight specifications as the Custom Closets product is. Just a better looking, cleaner install. Everything was installed in about a day and a half, and there were no issues at all with the install. Installation crew was professional and the crew chief gave me his cell phone if I had any questions. There were none. As to using a 3rd party to install closets - I've done closet installations myself on my home in the past, and these particualar installs coincided with a painting project. When compared to installing it yourself with something "off-the-rack" from a Home Depot or Lowes, it IS more expensive to go this route. But not hugely. Just know that the materials used by Custom Closets are much better than anything you can buy at HD, Lowe's or Ikea, and the smoothness of the installation made it worth the extra $2,500-$3,000 (my estimate). I would definitely use Custom Closets for my next project.

Designer Diana and installers Joe and Dan all did a wonderful job. Our closed is a very odd shape and the measurements were slightly off, but they had the tools on hand to cut some of the shelves to fit.. We are very pleased with the quality and workmanship.

Very pleasant meetings in order to figure out what to. They showed up on time and finished within the proposed time frame. Some flaws but it was not a problem to get them fixed Using them right now for a new project Would recommend them
