Wonderfully, from the first meeting with the designer to the last cabinet door installation.

They showed up on time. Two very nice young men installed the cabinets and asked me how I wanted the shelves arranged. They were professional, pleasant and appreciative of the mosquito spray! We are planning on eventually doing our indoor closets and we will certainly use them as well. The salesperson we used, Bret, was extremely helpful in designing the closets to meet our needs and the 3-D renderings helped us visualize exactly how they would fit into our garage. Dan Hopper and his co-worker were great in getting the cabinets installed...leveled and the shelves where I wanted. Gave me care instructions and cleaned up everything. Would definitely use them again.

Perfectly. On the expensive side, but well worth it.

The person who came out to look at the space (Diana) was fantastic at figuring out exactly what would fit in the space and how to put in extras that I wanted (drawers, area for trays, etc.). The people who came out to take out what was in the room, painted the area to get it ready for the new pantry, and put in the new pantry were great. They did everything that was asked of them, cleaned up after themselves, and continued working until the project was completed. They then asked if everything looked the way I expected it to look. They were very thorough. They called before they came out, and gave me 20 minutes notice prior to arrival. I am extremely satisfied with the finished product. The only problem that I had was that the demolition couldn't be done on the date that we initially agreed to. A prior job took them later than expected, so they came out the following morning instead of the afternoon that was scheduled. However, they did manage to complete the project on the date that it was scheduled.

It went very well, Dan and Jason were on time, and friendly. They completed the work in the time they committed and cleaned cabinets and work area before leaving.

The Custom closet company has done installations, in our new house, of all our closets, surfaced our garage floor and now most recently the murphy bed combination. We are extremely satisfied with Chris Riesen, the designer, and the teams of installers that did the work. We give the entire company our unconditional recommendation.

Everyone was very professional from the design & est to the installers, to the office help.

It went great. The designer came over and put together the perfect closet on her computer right before our eyes. We did two closets and custom shelves for my husbands office. We had our closets installed in about two weeks. Last thing, I found them on Angies list!

Rocky start, but decided to give them a try because Dianna Johnson our designer was very nice. Like the outcome. Only gave them a "C" because I am still waiting on part for the laundry hamper to work and no call. Also waiting for the mirror to be installed by another company they subcontract. I wasn't informed a closet organizer would take multiple days......

Chris was the person who helped design & he held on to information. We called back 6 mths later & he even gave us a better price. The installer cam in timely, orderly & quietly performed install. Cleaned area after install very impressed with service.

Called on Monday for appt. Courtenay arrived this on time & very efficient. Made an appt for install on Thursday. Whole process was smooth & professional.
