Designer, Chris R. uses 3D software to show how the completed project will look. Installer Mario was quite skilled and careful, but finished in one day.

Service performed 2 weeks ahead of schedule. One man installed in about 5 hours.

We had a very good experience with Custom Closets. We originally spoke with the office manager who provided use with basic information and scheduled an appointment with Chris, the salesperson. Chris brought samples to the house and helped design a cabinet structure. He worked with our requests (we wanted the cabinets mounted on the wall about 2 feet from the floor) and gave us a cad drawing. He was professional and responsive to our requests. We chose this floor over expoxy for the "green" factors and it's a one day install. The young man who installed the polyurea floor was exceptional. He explained each step, was very conscientious, and did an exceptional job in my opinion. We are thrilled with the floor and cabinets and so are many of our neighbors.

Custom Closets was my third bid for my master bedroom closet. Chris came out and did a nice cad cam drawing and took time to really assess what I had in my closet and worked with me and what I wanted. We agreed on the final design, he brought me in samples of the cabinetry. The two other places could only show me pictures. He explained to me about the materials he was using, and answered all my questions. He gave me the cost, and gave me the first install date. They did not call the day before to verify they were arriving, so I called them. I suggested to the installers that as a courtesy this would be helpful to people. He said he would pass this along to the scheduler. Installers called in the morning of install to tell me the arrival time. Both installers were professional and courteous, and did a great job. They put down drop cloths as I suggested to protect carpets.The final product looks great, with fine detail work. The installer problem solved a trim issue, with a ceiling access to the attic, which I commend them. I would definitely use this company. California Closets never called back to see if I was interested in their bid, and they were 1/3 if not more expensive. then they said it was going to cost even more. Really!! See ya. They think everyone is Naples just pays whatever. The second bid I got, the measuring person just wrote the stuff out on paper, and never called me with a bid. Really ?? So Custom Closets and more was very professional and top notch!

We could not be more thrilled with Custom Closets & More. Chris gave us a date of installation when we signed the contract, and they kept the date. We waited for several weeks, as this company is very busy and rightfully so. The crew arrived on time and were very polite, organized, methodical, and efficient. They installed our closet per design and cleaned up when they were done. We highly recommend Custom Closets & More. I must admit, I'm pretty picky. And they left me completely thrilled with the outcome and we love, love, love our new closets! If you are looking to make your closets the best they can be, look no further than this company.

On time. Organized but slow. Clean up was so-so.

After several reviews of measurement and designs, nothing was right. Legs on the table were to short. The top on the entertainment center was too long. I sent an emailed and called three times attempting to contact my sales rep. Instead of calling me back, she just sent a text saying it is their busiest time of the year and getting things fixed at that time is possible. I found this unprofessional because I am also a paying customer. She also informed me that the owners son was having medical issues and that it would be two weeks before I would even get a call back because she needed to consult with him. I found the fact that I never received that very unprofessional.

Overall the job went very well and I am happy with the results. There were just a few "oops" issues. However, everything was made right. I would recommend this company.

H.L. is the owner and we dealt with him personally. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. He is very tech savvy and was able to pull up a blue print of what we wanted right on spot. It turned out exactly in the end for what we wanted. The two guys who did the work were really great. They did have to come back and fix a couple things that made things more user friendly for me. It was really great! H.L. is very personable and I really recommend dealing with him.

Everything worked out real well. Everyone did what they said they were going to and they were just fine.
