Heape Enterprise is a very professional organization. I hired them to replace my very dilapidated deck. Small project for them but they took the time to schedule me into their schedule on short notice. I would recommend them for any project, great job.

I hired Heap Constructions to build outdoor staircases for my stilt house, exterior paint, install new screen for the lanai, install new vanity for the guest bathroom. They did good quality work. What I love most about Heap Construction is that they respond quickly to any of your questions at any time.

We have had bad luck with contractors doing work on our home while we are away. But Jeremy at Heape Construction was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable that we took a chance with him constructing a screened enclosure around a lanai without us being here. Everything went smooth and the results were excellent. I highly recommend Jeremy/ Heape.

I paid for the job they did but after doing a thorough review of the finish job I found that the work was very poorly done and will need to be redone. I contacted the business regarding the poor job that was done and left a message on their Voice Mail but have not received a response.

I hired Heape Construction to do some remodeling work to my kitchen. They did a fantastic job with the work I wanted to be done and they also recommended work I had not planned on. I am glad I took Jeff Heapes advice. My wife is thrilled with the additions and new look of our kitchen!! We could not be happier with the quality of work. The price was nice too.

I hired Heape Construction to build a new deck for me in Fort Myers Beach the fall of 2016 as he was the lowest bidder and had the highest Home Advisors rating. I worked directly with Jeff Heape. He and his crew did a very good job but even more importantly, his customer service was excellent! He always responded to me quickly when I had questions. He worked through the complicated beach permitting process quickly and efficiently and the final inspector was impressed with his work. I have since used him on a minor but emergency situation (January 2017). I got a call from my pool excavator on a Friday who wanted to be on site on Monday to begin the excavation. I called Heape to come over and tear down a metal utility building ASAP. Since his crew's schedule was full, he personally came that weekend with a dump trailer and a worker who tore it down to insure I did not have to back up the pool schedule. I am currently using Heape construction on a third project (March 2017) and expect it to go as well as the other two. I highly recommend him for work on Fort Myers Beach.
