+ 11 moreWe live in a house that was originally built in 1968 and later renovated in 1989. After we paid off the mortgage in 2010, we decided to do some major renovations and repairs. Gulf Water Homes worked with us to develop a plan. We had some vague ideas of what we wanted, but Noel Morales, the contractor helped us to visualize what need to be done. Noel's suggestions considered our budget, our needs and our "wish list". Noel's flexibility, creativity and thoroughness made the project a success. He never complained about last minute changes and helped us to make good sensible , cost effective decisions. The quality of workmanship was excellent and he always made certain that we were satisfied.
Description of Work: Replaced all doors and windows with energy efficient windows and doors. Repaired replace damaged siding Constructed a 20'x32' deck with plastic composite decking and stainless steel cable enclosure. installed bamboo flooring. Constructed an entrance ramp for the front door. Install bathroom vanities, sinks and mirrors. Miscellaneous repairs.

Description of Work: Noel Morales has done many jobs for me and my clients. I am happy to recommend his services. He is honest, punctual, a perfectionist who gets the job done. He has done a kitchen remodel for a client, re-roofed a home, done two beautiful bathroom remodels and did a gorgeous shower renovation in my own home. His prices are fair, his employees are great and show up and he is an all around nice guy with a great work ethic. He has done a host of smaller jobs for me as well, with the same eye for detail and with no delays. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
