Great, professional service.

It was a difficult job because it went into a cement block. This thing will be here long past my death because it was put in so well. Terry was great and he did a really nice job.

They called and described the problem. They went and did work; they let me mail a check from up north. Also they described work to my insurance company too.

Overall experience was poor - would not use or recommend this company.

I had a number of small electrical problems. Phone was answered professionally. Technician showed up on time. He did everything I asked him to do in a neat, professional and courteous manner, at a reasonable cost. I will definitely use this company again!

We had a coupon, and they really didn't honor the coupon. The work was just ok. They left a mess and damaged a piece of my furniture and didn't say anything about it. On a scale of 1 to 10, they were about a 7.

They cleaned up after themselves and their workmanship was good.

From start to finish, he was on time, completed the items on my list and I have already started a list for next time!

Called company to schedule appointment to repair electrical problem related to dishwasher and garbage disposal stopped working when it had been working fine. Both the person who answered the phone and the electrician were professional and accomodating. The electrician was late but called to notify me that he ran into an unexpected problem at his previous appointment. Arrived at expected adjusted time. Work done efficiently. No complaints. Will recommend this service to others who need electrical work done.

They were very nice. I called and left a message. They got back to me very quickly. They came out to give me an estimate and then came back to do the work. They did a good job. Their price was very fair and reasonable. I would absolutely use them again.

I am extremely pleased with the prompt, professional service. The electrician worked well with the plumbing company that was working in the same location as his installation. Electrician was very helpful in explaining his procedure and did not mind my questions.Put this company's name on my electrical panel. Am so happy to have a referred company instead of just getting someone from the phone book. Angie's list provides a much needed service. price was stated before work was done, was reasonable and firm. no extra's.

We are moving into a new residence and chose to replace to outdated fixtures, so far. We set up the appointment ~1-month prior and agreed on the list of items, the date,and the time. About 30-min after he was due to arrive, we did receive a call that the worker was "10-minutes away" but he arrived another 30-minutes later so we started at least 1-hour later than anticipated. He hung a new ceiling fan, a new chandelier in the breakfast nook, added cable access in a room, updated/capped off several obsolete cable TV connections, and added wall plates to some areas that needed them (although the plates do not all match and we will likely buy new ones and ask them to replace the wall plates when we do the next anticipated round of electrical work) The work went very well and the ideas this worker offered were well-received. The lack of punctuality did contribute to me being quite late for work, however. As a trade-off, he did help me properly store the taken-down fixtures as I was at a loss as to what to have done with them. I would use this company and this worker again and plan to do so!

Bill and Terry did an outstanding job considering the situation they faced. Running the cable for the TV was a task that Comcast attempted but could not do. It was not an easy job considering the barriers they faced and with the outside temperature in Florida at 90+. Regardless, they kept plugging away and were eventually successful. The job(s) turned out beautiful! A strong plus was they kept their composure and sense of humor....unlike Comcast.

I called on 5/31 to see if I could schedule the job and was concerned that they may not take it because it was such a small job. The phone was answered professionally and I was told that of course they would be happy to take the job. We scheduled at a time convenient for me. I was told that the electrician would be here at 9am. The person on the phone made sure they had the correct directions to my house. The electrician arrived today promptly at 9am. Bill introduced himself and was very personable. I showed him the bathroom and the fixtures and left him to do his work. It took him about 1.5 hours to complete the job. He was very thorough and efficient and extremely clean. All of the packing material from the lights was carefully put back into the original boxes and the work area was immaculate. He did an excellent job on the installation and even answered my questions about why the original wiring was done the way it was. I was extremely pleased with the way this whole experience was handled. I have rarely dealt with a more professional contractor than this company in all the years I have owned a home. I did not get an estimate before I scheduled the job and did feel the price was a little high, but I will definitely be using this electrician again because of this great experience and feel the extra money was well worth it.

They did as they said they would for the price quoted. They did a good job and I will continue to use the same in future.

Called on Wed morning to check an.outdoor outlet that was not working. Meantime we fixed that problem, so when Tom Mee arrived we asked and he did fix the ceiling fan in our master bedroom. We then scheduled him to come back on Friday to install bath fan/lights in master and guest bathrooms, and to install two more recessed lights in master bath. Very accommodating. Very satisfied with work. Great that we now have someone to call for even the small jobs!

Bill arrived on time, was very professional and courteous. Will definitely call if and when the need arises. Accepted coupon.

They were very punctual and very professional. The only section we were surprised at was the price. We were satisfied with everything they did. We would absolutely use them in the future.

After making the appointment, I was able to be home earlier than we arranged, so I called to ask if the appointment could be moved to an earlier time and to my delight Tommee from Goodwin Electric arrived about an hour earlier than planned. I explained to him that the master bed and bath breaker was tripping with no particular pattern. He explained he needed to locate the problem, which was likely an ark fault in one of the boxes causing the breaker to trip. He discovered it promptly and repaired it. In addition to our scheduled item, I asked if he could help locate a phone jack in order rearrange some computer equipment. He took the additional time and answered a few questions to be certain I was not improperly connecting some items. Tommee was pleasant and professional. He explained everything to me in a manner I could understand and didnot talk down to me, which I appreciated. In the future, I would ask that he wear booties, because after he left I discovered he had some dirt on his boots. I was pleased with this overall service and would definately use Goodwin Electric again.

Electrician was right on time, very cordial and fixed our problem . The outside outlet was connected to the inside bathroom outlet and it was a bit difficult . He was very knowlegeable and fixed the outlet.

Electrician came at the proper time and did good work.

No problems. Punctual. Satisfied.

The owner is Eric Goodwin and he has straight A’s on the list and that is why I called him. I paid $3200 on that work. I would use him again.
