John Tucker was terrific, very responsive and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable with regard to all AV technology. Our end product was great, just the right amount of high tech and ease of use. I felt his pricing was fair and competitive. Always like to work with a small business with this type of project where you need some trustworthy guidance.

During John's initial visit, he understood my needs, offered some electronic product suggestions and had a proposal to me that evening. The work was completed to my satisfaction at a fair price. John is not only very professional but he was extremely patient as he explained the new equipment, how it interfaced with my iPhone and iPad and answered my many questions concerning the equipment. He is easy to work with, respectful and takes pride in the final results. I am certain that if I have any further questions about my installation he will respond accordingly.

Fantastic results!

Had an answer to a problem I had connecting audio gear in a closet with an HD TV about 75 feet away in the living room. Supplied equipment and did installation in a timely manner - although expensive, the installation worked as promised and solved a long standing problem for me.

John is very professional and easy to work with. Elite did a great job from start to finish, they were able to accommodate several schedule changes and get their job on time.

The owner responded quickly to my inquiry and was on time for the 3 visits he needed to complete the job.

Timely response, was clear about how he worked and didn't make promises he couldn't keep. Clean job. Responsive to fol;low-up questions and a minor problem that he corrected.

When I emailed John our possible choices and ideas (Sony TV, a Klipsch sound bar, and sony Blu-ray), I asked for his professional opinions on our choices, as we were open to input. His response was "This project is heading down a road I neither agree with or wish to be associated with. For this reason I am going to pass on installing this system. Best of luck." I appreciate John's honesty and his responding to me quickly---which is why I gave him a C on professionalism and responsiveness. However, his response seemed to me unprofessional. I don't know with what he disagreed, as he didn't say. I am glad he was direct, as in the end we now have a great installation from someone else; we have a Sony tv, blu-ray player and sony 7 sound bar with wireless subwoofer, all of which are wonderful, look and sound great, and allow us direct internet access for amazon prime, Netflix, Pandora, etc, in addition to Bluetooth streaming. A chair we thought would be in the way of remote functionality was addressed easily and poses no problem at all. Maybe John wanted us to spend more, maybe he wanted it to look how he wanted, maybe he didn't like we were two women, maybe he decided our project was too small. I wouldn't know as he didn't say.

At first, it went really well. John stated that the work to be completed was to be done on only Saturdays. Our schedules were tough to get an appointment due to his busy bookings. Months go by, and after trying to reschedule again, John left me hanging, and said he was no longer interested in doing the work for me. Very disappointed, as I waited to get him to help me out with my problem. And now I am left finding a new provider. This is only my 3rd review, as I normally don't have the time to leave one, but felt inclined to do so. Again, very disappointing for an angies list provider to do something like this, especially after a quote was given.

The equipment does exactly what I wanted it to do and for the price quoted. He was prompt and nice to work with. I will call him again!

It went very well, he was very helpful try to help us fix what we had and pointed out the equipment that was not working. He drove all the way from Naples to CapeCoral for the appointment but he did not charge us a cent. I would highly reccomend him to anyone in need of his services. m

It went really well. He is very knowledgeable. He does the work himself. He came when he said he would, did what he said he would do and finished when he said he would. He gives very good customer service, he returned to help us after the job was finished on a Saturday afternoon.

I have not a single negative to say about any of this. John is as professional as they come. Perfectly punctual, knowledgeable, helpful and patient as can be with our learning curve. Much of the work was done while we were not in Florida. We gave him a key to our home and he informed us when he would be there, a review of what he had done, when he would be back again, and any issues he resolved, etc. Entirely trustworthy! If you want THE BEST set ups for your home entertainment systems, John is absolutely THE person to contact. We give him the highest recommendation imaginable! Can't say that about too many service people in Florida, but John is absolutely deserving. Don't waste your time and your dollars anywhere else. Seriously.

John was so courteous and gracious and incredibly patient getting on the line with Apple Service for us (he knew far more than they did about the installation end)-- not trying to talk us into buying anything new and working to find ways to make what we had work. Now that we know him, we're thinking about some other improvements in our home electronics. And, although he's set up to do really big jobs, he's there for you on the smaller stuff as well. We really appreciated that and we'd call him again in a heartbeat.

He came in, he was prompt and responsive. I only accepted the parts of his bid that applied to me. We cut the price of the service but he forgot to reduce the sales tax. He was a competent technician. I would use him again.

Everything went extremely well. Very professional and pleasant.

Installation went very well. John knows his stuff. He is also very neat. I found John on Angie's list. What I took away from the reviews was that he really knew his stuff but was a little on the high side. All I wanted to do was enjoy my TV's without aggravation due to technical problems. There have been none. Everything is so easy to work. Computer type remote makes multiple boxes easy to control. I can't tell you how responsive he is to call backs because I haven't had to call back. The Sonus bars are expensive with great sound. You program them from your phone or iPad. John will go over that. You can get streaming audio from anywhere. I found I could get all my Boston news stations plus the radio stations in Boston that broadcast the Patriot games. Big plus I wasn't expecting. All in all I was very pleased..

We had a mess of a system. Nothing worked together correctly (TV, audio, DVD, cable box, multi-zone speakers). The kids could get it all programmed with much effort, but as soon as they left nothing worked. We called Elite, John came out, gave us an estimate to fix it, and while it was more than I thought we would have to spend, there was a lot of stuff involved and if you want it done right it you have to pay the price. Everything went fine on the job. John showed up when he said he would and did what he said he would according to the estimate and it all works great. No complaints, fine job.

He was fine and he was a very nice guy. He was knowledgeable and very respectable. I was looking for a product which was very high end so his quote was high. It was a lot of money so I picked somebody else. The quote was almost $20000 and it was very high.

We had one issue with installing our ceiling speakers one person made a misstep on my dry wall. Elite System Design hired the right drywall person to fix the issue the drywall person did an excellent job fixing my ceiling. The best part is no one was hurt.

Elite systems did an excellent job. I was given different options and I selected what I thought was best for me. They were extremely knowledgeable and I am extremely satisfied with the result.

John was recommended to us by a local interior design firm, and he did an excellent job. He hooked everything up as requested, hid the cords and components beautifully and practically and left detailed handwritten instructions about how to use everything. He was great to work with.
