Excellent job. They showed up on time everyday, worked hard, completed the work on time and went out of the way to answer all my questions. The few issues that came up where addressed immediately by Ed himself. Could not be happier with the results. I love how the house looks. Thank You!!!

Edward Zacka Painting & Waterproofing showed up on time and worked fast, but still did very good work. The clean-up was very good. His prices were good.

Job went very smoothly. Mr. Zacka did everything he said he would do, plus some extras. He is a very sincere and honest man, and very easy to work with. A retired contractor in our congregation, experienced in all aspects of construction, after a walk-around stated it was an excellent job. For the record, my first contact ever with Mr. Zacka was when I called him off Angie's List. Would highly recommend his services.

No problems encountered, finished project in two days. Results of work was excellent and they were very neat. I've already received compliments on my home. In addition, the person that lives behind me just had them do all of her trim and awnings on her home and she was also very satisfied with the results.

Eddie came quickly after we called and was very friendly and willing to do what we requested. We received a timely estimate by email that we felt was fair. We had asked for an early response, so after a small glitch as to exactly when they would arrive, two painters arrived early on a Monday more than ready to go. They got busy and moved along quickly. Eddie dropped in around noon to check on the progress. Both worked on the special window project and seemed as excited as we to see a good result. At the end of the project, the lead painter walked through the house with me to check for any problems and willingly fixed a few small spots. All in all, it was a good experience.

They were punctual and thorough. Cleaned up after the work was complete Friendly Service and very accommodating

Let me start by saying i leave in Northern Ohio and did this all be email and phone, mainly by email and Michele from this company is the best! The quoted this job and from blue prints that were emailed to them and came in at exactly as they quoted the job! The price wasn't the lowest , but was right in the ball park! Life isn't always about price, the service that this company provided by allowing this all to done by email and they did everything and more than what the contract called for, the job was done on time and was great! This is the first review i have written on Angies list and i have to confess, i am not the easiest person to please, so the job they did for me was great! ps. We couldn't be any happier than we are with the quality of work Edward Zacka and associates did on our house! First off, Edward Zacka is a great guy who is professional, caring and understanding. He took quite a bit of his time to come out and help us make final selections on our house colors. Michele, his secretary, is extremely courteous as well as prompt with communications. The crew was amazing. Dave, Joe, Eddie, Nick and Billy all did a great job at really paying attention to detail when they were painting. Many times Ed himself would come out and check the progress on our house. Total time of painting the house took about a week, (including weekend time). After the job was completed, Ed did a final walk around with us. There were a few touch ups that even we didn't notice but Ed did. (Honestly it was hardly noticeable!) Ed made sure to have someone come out the next day(as that day it was raining) to do the work. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this company to ANYONE searching. The quality and professionalism of the work is well worth the price. After a lot of estimates from many companies, we are SO glad we decided on Edward Zacka. We've had tons of compliments on our house coloring and work and have recommended this company to family and friends. We hope that when it's time for our interior painting to be done, Edward Zacka would be available to do that for us too!

Let me start off by saying I would HIGHLY recommend Edward Zacka Painting. I have absolutely no regrets, they did an excellent job. A+ Ed and his crew spent about 2-3 days doing the prep work which included a whole house pressure washing and peeling off and replacing the window and door caulking. They sealed all the small, hairline stucco cracks with elastomeric compound, primed and painted. They also powerwashed and painted my concrete pool deck. The whole job took about 5-6 days. The crew was very punctual, starting around 8:00am and working until about 4:00-5:00 each day. I spoke with all of them and they seemed likeable and professional. They also did some patch work inside my home, around an AC outlet vent that left condensation stains on the ceiling. They also power washed a small mildew covered retaining wall that wraps around the front and side of my house. These additional 2 services were done at no additional charge and after the original painting estimate was given. I took a good look around as they worked and after they finished. The attention to detail was terrific and the house and pool deck looks great. I'll absolutely use them again for interior painting when that needs to be done.

I am very particular about details and was impressed with this company. The vehicles and equipment were well mantained & clean. The crew came on the job each day in clean white work clothing, were timely, courteous and picked up after themselves before leaving each day. The team worked together well and did beauitful painting and trim detail. We used Sherwin Williams new Emerald exterior paint (top of the line) and the finish is fabulous. The sealed pavers look like new and glisten in the sun. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a top notch painting crew.

Working with Ed Zacka and his entire crew was a most positive experience. He was prompt returning my call and scheduling time to meet me and provide a quote. Once the quote was received, communication with Kathy at his office was efficient and pleasant. All the work done was timely, professional and exactly as requested. Kathy was helpful in providing license and insurance information, as well as scheduling. She also followed up just before the project began and again at the end of the job. I even received a thank you note for the business!!! Ed was on site as the painters started, checked in frequently and also followed up at the end of the job. He was easily accessible throughout the process. Tim and David were the painters and both were pleasant and professional. They finished the job earlier than expected, but did not rush the quality of the job in doing so. I was also pleased with their cleanup at the end of each day and at the end of the job I would not hesitate to have Ed and his group taking care of future painting needs for us and I highly recommend them!

I cannot express how impressed I am with the services provided by Ed and his staff. I was repainting my mother's house for resale and Ed gladly provided my with a very detailed, itemized proposal so that I could maximize my budget. The painters arrived on time and were extremely careful to properly cover all floors and fixtures. Wire shelves were carefully removed from the closets and cleaned. The home had numerous years of smoking stains that had to be addressed and some dry wall issues. The job was done on time and the results were wonderful. The house looked better than new on the inside. They even replaced a large light cover in one of the bathrooms for no additional charge. Upon completion, Ed did a walk-through with me to make sure that I was happy. I had to coordinate this project from out of town, and Ed and his office staff were very supportive and helpful with all of my issues. I highly recommend his services!

It went great. He arrived on time and we made arrangements with his assistant by e-mail for the dates to finish the doors. It took two other times to allow the doors to dry and to put on the finishing coat. My husband and I thought he did a great job. I think the doors look better than when we moved in.
