Showed on time, finished on time. This is unusual for South Florida contractors. Did good work, left no mess.

Right from the start, it went well. Ed stopped over to take a look at what we needed done, gave us some ideas and an estimate. He was easy going and thoroughly knowledgeable and willing to listen. On the date for our service, the crew arrived here on time as promised and were as friendly as could be. They covered all our furniture, moved it when needed and got right to work,. I couldn't have asked for a better job. These are the guys you want painting your house!!

The end result is beautiful. The house was pressure washed, base coated and painted. The stonework was cleaned and sealed and the front door was sanded, stained and sealed. They used Sherwin Williams paint and I am very satisfied with the results. The experience was slightly less than excellent. One of the painters, who seemed to be 'in charge' was unprofessional. The crew left paint rags and trash around my property. My outdoor furniture, hoses and accessories were not returned to their places and the plants that were tied back were not released. The company owner called me to ask how the project had gone and when he heard my complaints he sent a supervisor and an assistant to completely clean up and put everything back in order. He apologized and once he made my property pristine, I was completely happy with the end result. I would recommend this company with reservations---specify that on the last day of the project you want a supervisor to police the project for trash and to get your agreement that the property has been returned to it's original state.

This is a very professional company. Ed personally came to give us the estimate and helped us to choose colors along the way. I was extremely pleased with the end result. It was a big job and it was completed in 4 days. The guys were amazing and very patient with the changes that we made along the way. They were very careful to move everything and cover everything up. Additionally, they cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. I'm was very grateful to have Ed's guidance when it came to colors. Colors can bevery tricky with the lighting and he is very knowledgeable in this area. My house looks beautiful and I would recommend him without any doubts. Sooo glad to have picked this great company.

We were in the process of moving to a new home. It was vacant so he squeezed us in before our move. Colors were DARK, we wanted light colors so he was able to buy paint that would cover in one coat. We also had accent walls. We loved the job, the promptness , courteous, and our new colors. Thank you for everything.

They were prompt, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. Entire house walls were painted in one day! They brought a team that worked continuously.

Excellent work and detail oriented. Pressure washed and painted the exterior of a 2 story Key West style home and cleaned and sealed a front deck with stairs. Final work completed in Jan. ?15. Mr. Zacka and Dave were very professional and accommodating. Extremely pleased with the results. Will definitely use their services again.

From start to finish we were extremely happy with Edward Zacka Painting. After messaging them on Angie's List, they called within just a couple of hours. They quickly got us set up for an estimate and Ed came out and answered all of my questions. They provided the estimate within 24 hours. We didn't hire them right away; we got several other bids for the job, but all of them were at least $1000 more than Edward Zacka's bid. My husband needed a few more questions answered before we signed the bid and put down the deposit, so Mr. Zacka came out a second time to go over things. He was very patient and responded to every question, concern, and request. The workers were all punctual, professional, and did an excellent job, even with the smallest of details. We gave them a huge task to complete, as our house was in pretty rough shape. Edward Zacka and his men went above and beyond to complete our project. We are very happy with the finished product and would absolutely recommend Edward Zacka Painting!

We chose them based on their high ratings on Angie’s List. They were incredible and did a very good job with the work. They are real professionals and know what they are doing. They completed the job within three days. They first pressure washed, filled holes, primed, and then painted the exterior. For the quality of their work, the price was very fair. Because of the work they did for our house, two other houses on our street hired them as well. They did a fantastic job and I would absolutely hire them again.

Edward Zacka, the owner came personally himself to look at what painting job we wanted done. He went with us around the house and explained the whole process and then he sent us a proposal for the painting. We found Mr. Zacka to be very professional, easy going, and an expert in the painting business. He gave us good suggestions. When we received the proposal we were pleased with what we felt to be reasonable. He was one of 5 painters that we got estimates from and we chose him because we really liked how he would be doing the work. Dave, part of Mr. Zacka's crew arrived on October 7, 2014 to pressure wash our home, soffits, pool cage, lanai and pool area with a chlorinating solution. He worked steadily the majority of the day and Mr. Zacka stopped by to go over the colors once more. The second day 2 more crew members arrived with Dave. They were Valentine and I hope that I have this name correct, Ennis. They patched cracks with a elastomeric compound and caulked open corners, door perimeters and open joints. They applied a sealant on the whole house and began painting. The painting continued for a total of 3 days. Then on Saturday Dave came back and he applied concrete deck coating to the lanai including the outer edge and the front entry way. The crew was very polite and they worked hard. I told them they could just come in and use the bathroom, but they knocked or rang the doorbell. They were considerate and cleaned up after each day. They took the time to answer any questions. What a difference it has made to the house. It has brightened it up and I love how the lanai and pool area look. It looks like newly built. We are very pleased and will not hesitate to have Mr. Zacka's crew do more painting for us in the future. I almost forgot to mention the receptionist in the office. She was very nice as well. What a great owner and crew.

EXCELLENT! A PLUS JOB. WILL HAVE THEM PAINT REMAINING ROOMS WHEN NECESSARY. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO NEIGHBORS. HAD RECEIVED A QUOTE FROM ANOTHER FIRM FOR $2000.00.

I normally hold off a few months before providing any review, as your initial reaction is usually not accurate... as you start noticing issues after a period of time. In this case, everything looks very good a few months later with no issues. They painted the pool cage as well vs. me buying a completely new cage. They did a good job using the best quality bond primer and paint, and replaced the rusted screws . My only small complaint is that they did not leave me any touch up paint for the cage - which you need over time. Outside of that - the exterior painting of the home and cage was done with a high amount of professionalism, done quickly and with quality workmanship.

Everything went as promised, from the estimate to the final touch. They pressure cleaned the house first and a lot of old and loose paint came off. Without that the new paint would have probably fallen off in a short time. Then a handful of painters came and the house was finished in two days. All areas were covered incl. the pool and cleaned afterwards. The paint job was excellent to the last detail at a very reasonable price. This job was done for a friend's house and I will definitely use them as my house needs a new paint too.

It was a big job and the completed work in 4 days! great work, left no mess. very friendly workers. would definitely use them again if needed. Had a minor issue with some shelving after they were done, but they came back first thing in the morning and issue was fixed!

NEW ROOF BY A-Z DON'T HIRE THESE BUMS ED AND HIS CREW CAME AND ASSURED ME HE HAS SEEN THIS DAMAGE BEFORE. LEAKS WHERE IN MY ENTRYWAY, GUEST BEDROOM AND EXTENSIVE DAMAGE IN MY GARAGE. THEY JUMPED IN RITE AWAY CLEANED UP SUPERFICIAL DAMAGE AND SALAGED WHAT COULD BE SAVED.. I CAN;T SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT ED ZACKA AND HIS CREW,WORK WAS PERFORMED IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANOR. YOU CAN'T SEE WHERE THE DAMAGE WAS.
