 + -1 moreI was a bit annoyed with Computers Plus Of SW Florida Inc. I was having a problem with my computer and asked them to mirror my hard drive but they didn't do that. It took me over 3 hours to reload all my programs. They are professional and confident in the work they do. I feel they are one step above the larger repair stores. It would have been nice if they would of done what I asked of them. I would use them again but will be careful on the instructions I give them.
Description of Work: Computers Plus Of SW Florida Inc replaced the hard drive in my computer.

 + -1 moreBryan was very prompt and even came the same day that I called. He was able to determine the problem right away and fix it to my satisfaction. He was very professional and thorough. I thought his hourly rate was a bit high as compared with services I have used up north and local ads I have seen.
Description of Work: My wireless printer, which had always functioned well, suddenly stopped working and I was unable to fix the problem Bryan identified the problem, fixed it and reinstalled the printer software on both my desktop and laptop computers. He also installed some new anti-virus software on both computers.

 + -1 moreIt went very well; overall I was impressed.
Description of Work: My computer was dead Brian came out within 3 hours. He installed a new power supply and cooling fan on site. He cleared my computer of viruses and installed updates. Several days later came out with a replacement for my number 2 computer which was old and slow. He installed a router tying both computers together. His work was first class, he is very competent. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
