+ 1 moreThey're pretty responsive. The service goes in and out which is always a pain. You have to call and you wait online. The customer service is usually pretty good.

+ -1 moreMy experience is pretty lackluster. They come in and checked it up. I asked them if they could attach my VCR to the TV and they said they didn't know how. They are marginally trained for their job.
