Prompt courteous and the most reasonable price for a professional job. Rugs were cleaned very well.

They did a very good job. They picked it up and delivered it which was included in the cost. One thing more, I didn't want to decorate right away when they picked it up since I was having a new floor put it. They held it for about three months before they did return it. They cleaned it, wrapped it in plastic and stored it until I wanted it back. There was no charge for the storage. I thought there was a charge for the delivery and the storage so it was a reasonable price.

.I received an estimate over the phone and we set up a pick up date. Two men arrived within the time window. They were courteous and helpful while rolling up a heavy 8X10 wool rug. I also sent a very dirty 3X5 wool and silk area rug to be cleaned. Since I was having work done in that room, they agreed to keep the rugs until the contractor was finished, about an extra week. They called when the rugs were finished and we scheduled delivery. They arrived that morning, laid down the rugs and moved the furniture back in place. The rugs look brand new. I don't know how they got the soil out of the little one, but they did a wonderful job. The price was very fair because it included pickup and delivery and it was reduced because I bought the large rug from Azar's. I highly recommend Azars for cleaning rugs.

I think they are a quality well-managed company, and I have used them often. I think they have two offices. They actually come to the house, pick up the carpets, take it to their place, clean them and then deliver them. They provide great service. They charge by square footage. The last time around, they measured the carpets and quoted the price, and it was right on. They scheduled the appointment, were here on time, picked up the carpets, cleaned the carpets perfectly and then returned them as scheduled. Their quality was good, especially because oriental rugs have to be hand-cleaned as opposed to other carpets. Their price was reasonable. I would rate them highly and would go only to them for more work.
