pressure washing
+ -1 moreWe hired AppleCreek to pressure wash and seal the back patio area of our home. Scott Rhoades did pressure wash, but the job was very poor and he was here for all of 45 minutes. They said they would return to complete the job so I figured it would be ok to pay him in full. Huge mistake. Not only have they never came back or even called to set something up, he has hung up on me whenever I call them. All I want is for the job to be completed right. I am understanding for delays due to circumstances, but for nearly 4 weeks to go by without any call to complete the job? I am finally realizing there was no intention after I paid. This company is very rude. I would avoid this company like the plague.
Description of Work: The back patio was supposed to be pressure washed and sealed. They came out for the pressure washing and wanted full payment and said they would return in a week or 2 to complete the job by sealing. I called after 2 weeks had passed and they still had no information on when this task would be completed. I then called more than three weeks out and Scott Rhoades hung up on me. I called back, again I was hung up on. Tried again and he sent me to voicemail. The professionalism of this company is abysmal.
