They did a very nice job. Nelson and Diana were wonderful to work with. The painting area was kept as clean as possible. I would recommend them to anyone looking to paint either the interior or exterior.

1) Had a difficult time getting calls returned but for the price just keep pursuing. 2) I loved the work until I went back after everything was done. I spent two days cleaning off the over spray off appliances, counters, bathrooms, door knobs etc. If they had used paper or drop clothes this would not of happened. But for the price; what can I say

Apex provided good value for the price. The job presented some challenges which requires some additional post award negotiation but the net result was a positive outcome. I would recommend Apex to other rental property owners. Having John as the project manager was very helpful.

Apex did a great job. They kept the work area super clean and did a terrific detailed job.

They came out immediately - gave an estimate - once we accepted their proposal and paid the deposit - that was when all the chaos, lies, and nonsense -began. Apex did not even end up painting my house - they hired a different company as subcontractors - which they did not tell me. I found out thru speaking with the painters that showed up days after they were supposed to be there - worst yet - they paid this painter half of what they charged us. The painter did ALL THE WORK -Apex - did nothing and they paid them half of what they collected from us it took them much longer to complete the project than we were told! The moment the subcontractors were finished Apex wanted their remaining balance. I was out of town on a medical emergency with my father - but I went online and paid the balance. After I returned home I noticed several areas not painted that were included in the job they were paid to do. I called Apex- someone I had never spoken with answered and said she would try to get in touch with someone. I texted the person we were told was the part-owner that was also in charge of our project. He replied immediately - I no longer work for Apex - call them not me! It has been 2 weeks and has not heard from Apex- guessing I will not since they have their money completely paid in full and since their painters did not even paint my house. I am going to try to contact the subcontractor to get the issues resolved. All I can say is buyer beware - the Apex salesman is charming and good - but once they get a deposit- it is going downhill fast! Go to a different company! I wish I had!

You think you are hiring a professional company because of smooth talkers. You are getting cheap sub-contractors. The 1st. called and that person cancelled and we spent 2 days with them not answering our calls and the company took the blame. The second couple showed up without our knowledge. Painted, supposedly in one day. Nothing was covered up! Paint on counters, furniture, and All my floors. We paid that day to get these people out of our house!!! DON'T DO IT!!! One good thing, my husband is now replacing the floors.

These guys at Apex went above and beyond on my home. They showed up on time got the work done, my place looks amazing!

I hoped that a little more attention had been paid to details

When I hired them I was told expert painters would do the work. And my walls would be prepared for the work. And all electrical plates would be removed and replaced after the work. Well I got a painter and his partner,nothing was done to the walls till I complained then very little was done. No electrical plates just painted around. Door handles painted around. Started job a day late. Was not a professional job almost 5000.00 and wasn't happy with it.

We have a wood frame 2 story home that was built in the early 1920s. Our vision for its restoration included a custom paint job with 8 colors. We understood that the job would be challenging, not only because of the number of colors but because of the many instances where multiple colors would need to be painted side by side, sometimes in hard to reach areas. Attempting to paint a home in Florida during the raining season further complicated things. Hammadi and his crew rose to the challenge. They worked very closely with us throughout the job to ensure that there was no miscommunication. Their knowledge of available paint products helped us to choose the best possible materials for the job, based not only on appearance but on durability in harsh weather conditions. They worked early in the morning and on weekends to finish in a timely manner, despite the daily rainstorms. Most importantly, they took pride in their work, and it showed. The completed paint job exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend them.
