She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market, the comparisons and is knowledgeable about the aspects of being a realtor as well. She is very straightforward, dependable, and timely. I only have good things to talk about her. She was very pleasant and easy to work with and was very gracious in giving her time.
Description of Work: We used The Susan Owens Team Amerivest Realty to purchase a condo. Susan was our realtor and she gave us some follow-up information on where to get things.

She is dedicated to her clients, and she thoroughly addressed every aspect of our purchase with high integrity. Susan was straight-forward and patient. Also, her discerning eye helped us with ideas for remodeling and decorating. My husband and I highly recommend her. We will definitely use her again if we buy or sell.
Description of Work: Susan showed us a number of condominiums over a 3 year period. This resulted in our ability to make a highly informed decision. Susan's knowledge of the market was extremely helpful in making a strategic offer below the market value. Her skills in working with the seller's agent resulted in a quick acceptance and seamless resolution of the inspection items.
