Description of Work: This company replaced the concrete driveway and patio with pavers. The product/pavers are good quality. The workers were courteous and very conscientious. The management/owner was unorganized, unreliable and unresponsive. We could not get a requested return phone call. If we did talk to the owner, he would promise to call back with information and would not call. He would say the project would begin on a scheduled day and then no one would come. We worked with many contractors during a huge renovation. Accurate Pavers was the worst with whom to do business.

Description of Work: I called the company twice about having an estimate for repair work on my deck. Someone would be at my house by the end of the week. No one showed. I called them again and they told me they assigned it to one of their employees who works in Bonita Springs but didn't know when he was going to schedule the visit. They gave me his cellphone number for me to call him directly. I called him twice, since he never returned my first phone call. When I finally was able to reach him, he said he would stop at my house after his last appointment on his way home. Three weeks later, never heard from him again.

Description of Work: My pool contractor used this company to lay my pool deck. One year later I setup service for sealing the pavers around the pool directly with accurate pavers, they came out the first day and power washed the pavers and never came back. I called 4 times and on the 4th time told them if they don't come out today I will find somebody else which I did after 4 days later. Had all my pool furniture sitting out in my yard for a week thanks to these guys. They dont want little jobs only big jobs. thanks for nothing.
