One Minute Dry Time Green Carpet Cleaning

When I called the company they were very polite and explained the process. They arrived promptly and gave me estimates for the rugs I wanted to have cleaned. I appreciated the honesty of the owner about cleaning a cotton rug. He explained that it would look better; however, because of the construction, it may not get every bit of the dirt out. In addition, he said that he did not recommend placing area rugs on carpets in Florida which is where this rug was. He could easily have omitted this in order to increase the cost. Very impressive! The rugs are clean and there is no odor at all. I will definitely use this company in the future and highly recommend them!

They were extremely professional

These guys rock! The appointment was scheduled in a timely manner and they were careful to inform me earlier in the day of their arrival time. The carpets weren't terribly soiled, but there were a couple spots that required extra attention. Their process left the rugs soft and smelling wonderfully of a citrus and vanilla scent. They were slightly damp for only a couple of hours. The two gentleman that performed the service, Bobby and Tony, were super nice guys and just a pleasure to have in the house. I'll use them for all future work and recommend them highly.

The guys were fast, friendly & did an GREAT job! My carpet was horrible & they gave it a second wind. I also have allergies and it was so nice to have no reaction to the cleaning products. The guys explained their process & everything they were doing. I am so happy to have found this company - I am a big fan! My carpet looks like new (and it's at least 10 years old!)

Professional and prompt. Cleaned carpet in 3 bedrooms plus 4 area rugs. Carpets looked clean and smelled very fresh. They were only slightly damp and were completely dry in about an hour. I received a 20% discount as a new customer and Angies List member.

The carpets look brand new. I could walk on them within 30 minutes. The tile, including the grout looks like it was just installed. This is the company to use. We were moving in and they came right away. Terrific service.

They did a really great job. Two technicians came out and completed the job in 4 hours. They cleaned about 3 bedrooms, a hallway, a living room and dining room. I could walk on right after they were done and the carpets looked great afterwards. The staff was very professional and told me what they would do beforehand. I had no problem scheduling the service.

My carpets and oriental rugs have never been cleaner. I loved they could do my oriental rugs at my home. Drying time was quick, rugs looked great & even my house smelled wonderful. I will definitely be using this company again.

A terrific job. Wish I'd known about them sooner. Pleasant people, courteous and prompt. Our carpets are light colored and twenty five years old. They've been well maintained, but always very wet after cleaning and the windows have steamed up for a day or so. We tolerated this as a necessary inconvenience in the past, but now husband has dementia, is unsteady and uses a walker and we do not need any falls on slippery carpeting or floors. Heard about this method from a friend and found an ad for Bobby. They volunteered to clean only soiled areas in each room and measured the areas carefully. They moved anything necessary and explained their product. They cleaned one room as a demo and then let me decide whether I wanted them to proceed with the rest of the house. No mess, rugs amazingly clean with a pleasant orange scent which lasted about a day. Carpets have a nice loft now. It took them about two hours to do the entire house. When they left the carpets were dry, with no papers under all the furniture and a lovely clean scent in the house. MAGIC!

The owner Bobby explained his process to us. He and his assistant pretreated stains and traffic areas. Carpets look great and the stains gone. It took about an hour. We moved the furniture ourselves before they came but they will do it for you. I like the fact the process is a "dry" process so we could use the rooms immediately and not deal with wet carpets. They were very professional.

I always use this company because they use the HOST dry method which I have utilized for over 50 years. The HOST dry method not only cleans better than any other method, the carpet is dry in less than 5 minutes. This firm not only uses the best product, they do the work perfectly every time they clean the carpet.

The results were excellent and the experience was excellent as well!!! Bobby and his assistant were professional, polite and personable. Bobby explained he would give me an estimate and if I wanted him to clean my carpets, he would do that within one service call. He called in advance to provide me a time frame and then confirmed when he was on his way. He had such respect for my time, which is sometimes unheard of from service providers. His assistant went right to work once I approved the work based on the estimate. We recently purchased this condo, which has beige carpets, and there were a number of dark stains as well as stains in the high traffic areas. Once Bobby and his assistant were done, the carpets looked new, felt new and smelled of a wonderful orange scent. I've had carpets cleaned in my house in the northeast and usually it's quite a while before you can walk on them due to the amount of wetness in the carpets. Their claim of "one minute dry time" is accurate and the results are fabulous!! I would highly recommend One Minute Dry Time Green Carpet Cleaners for carpet cleaning and plan to use them for my carpets in the future. My only wish would be for a similar carpet cleaning experience in the northeast for my other home. This company has established a very high bar for all their competitors. I called Bobby and he and his associate came to my place to estimate the work. I wanted a dry cleaning process since Florida is so humid. Bobby measured my square feet and explained the process. I have over 550 square feet of carpet including stairs, hallways, three bedrooms and a large living/dining room, and two area rugs. This process took a bit less than 2 hours. They said they would come between 10:00am and 1:00pm on the agreed day and he called me at 9:40 am to let me know they would be at my place at 10:00. After the written estimate I told them to proceed. Bobby asked me to turn on the AC. He said this would allow the citrus they used to circulate in my house and also freshen my AC vents. He suggested I leave the AC on for 2-3 hours after they left to continue the air freshening process. The carpet in all the rooms looks brand new. Furniture I asked to be moved was moved and then returned to its original spot. I did remove all knick-knacks from table tops to speed up the process. I also unplugged all my lamps for easy moving. I am very pleased with the process, Bobby and his team, and the look of my carpets. I will certainly call them again. My carpet was dry, as promised, when they left and I did not have to wear any booties while walking on the carpet. I did receive the 20% discount for Angie's List members.

Bobbly was able to fit us in on short notice. Bobby came exactly when he said he would and explained exactly what he was going to do. My white carpets came out looking fabulous and there was only a nice citrus smell that lingered for a day or two. I only wish I could find this same service in NY!

It went very well! I told him that I wanted all 6 rooms done as well as the hallway. He was very professionally and courteous. We had some stains in the carpet and he worked on getting them out. When he was finished he told us if we had an oops within 7 days he would return free of charge and remove it. Not many carpet cleaning staff or owner would do. We have had our carpets cleaned before by other carpet cleaners but I like this procedure the best! The charge was more than I expected but you get what you pay for....as the saying goes. The biggest compliment I could give Bobby is that I would hire him again.

Went great. Punctual, called 30 minutes before arrival to advise us he would be here shortly. Very informative regarding procedure and what the results would be. Carpet was clean and dry right after the cleaning process with a clean orange fragrance. The pile also felt really soft again after being cleaned. He advised us the fringe would be difficult to clean completely. The carpet was cleaned to perfection. For the price and the service we are very happy with One Minute Dry Time Green Carpet Cleaning.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to use this company as I had a bad fall and fractured my hip in 3 areas, as well as a fracture in the groin area. I have had to take it easy for quite a while but will possibly consider them still in the future. I am also seriously thinking of selling my home, much to large for me, so will need to get the carpet in good shape before any move will be made. I am a strong supporter of Angie's list, and have recommended it to a couple of people who have moved into my street. I might add, when you are a "little" advanced in age it becomes difficult to get people or companies in home to do helpful work, who don't take advantage of you not only price wise, but quality of work wise. Third time I have used them, I am handicapped and this truly dries in a minute I can use my walker and it is dry so it leaves no tracks from the walker. This was very important to me. I would with out a doubt recommend them to anyone. You don't have to leave your home. He showed me all the cat hair imbedded in each room he cleaned, each room was full even though you think you clean your rugs. He was professional, courteous, took great pride in his work and put everything back exactly where it was before he moved it. He was a true professional.

My experience with One Minute Dry Time Green Carpet Cleaning didn't go too well. He was halfway through cleaning and was having a hard time. So I told him, "If that's the best you can do, just go." So, he left. He didn't even finish the job. He advertises that he's a good carpet cleaner, but he couldn't do the job.
