One Minute Dry Time Green Carpet Cleaning

They were responsive, punctual and did a great job.

I called & spoke to the owner Bobby about our carpets & what we discovered upon moving in. He quoted a price & told me about the type of cleaning agents he used. I was impressed that he stated the dry time was minimal which is a big deal with any carpet cleaning. Bobby said they would move the furniture, clean & put back which they did. The carpet looked amazing, felt soft, & the house smelled great. Defiantly would hire them again.

Came on time and did a fantastic job. The carpets dried very quickly & no stinky cleaning smells. The home we had purchased the carpets needed help or replacement. We decided to clean them first & see what happened. We are very pleased with the final results. Over a year later they still look feel & smell good. Since cleaning the carpets we have been able to enjoy our home without trying to decide what type of flooring to install or added expense. Definitely will hire again.

Bobby Pratts and team did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets and then came back another day to do the grout and tile floors. Carpet cleaning very reasonably priced.

Everything went well. They were here on time and did a great job. The carpet was never really wet (just a little damp), and I was able to put things back in the room and the closet later that day. I live in Florida, so it probably took a little longer for the dampness to go away, but it was still very fast. The stains came out and the carpet looks great.

Bobby and 3 assistants came at the scheduled time. They explained the process and the chemicals they will use and after agreeing on the price (which was very reasonable and included a 20% discount promotion); they began the cleaning process. In about an hour the 3 bedrooms and all the furniture was clean. They showed us the dirt that was extracted from the carpet. The furniture looks great and the rooms carpet dried up in about 2 hours. The work Bobby and his crew did exceeded our expectations. Good job!! We will hire them again as needed, highly recommend these guys.

The carpets were super clean and dried really quickly. they still look clean a month later. Spots are gone. Will use them again.

Went very well. "One minute dry time" is a stretch since heavily soiled areas dry much more slowly, but the drying time was still much better than your typical steam cleaning. The process was fully explained before the work was done, a fair price was quoted, and the work was efficiently done by very professional workers.

Not well, I'll have to find a more ethical vendor. The response I received was not ethical at all.

I've had this Karastan area rug for about 14 years. Only professionally cleaned once before this. And, based on the outcome from One Minute Dry Time, the previous cleaning was not very good. Because, after OMDT left, my rug looked better than I have ever seen it. And I was able to walk on it immediately. This was a sad situation: my 11 year-old beagle had recently died. Prior to her death, she had started using the rug as the go-to for a variety of accidents. It really needed a good cleaning. The team was empathetic, thorough and professional. Much appreciated. Amazing service. Three men arrived on time and prepared to do the four rooms of cleaning. They were excellent in explaining exactly what they would be cleaning and how the cleaning works. We used an Angie's list coupon and paid up front and we are NOT sorry we did. Excellent work. We have used several carpet cleaning and these folks were the BEST by far. We loved it that they did not drag hoses in from the van and scratch up all walls like some carpet cleaning companies do. The process and quick dry system was amazing! The rugs were completely drive within 30 minutes after the cleaning.

I am very happy with this service. They use a process I've not seen before, although they told me it's been around for years. Those tough stains from dogs, smoke and grandkids actually did go away or became much, much lighter. What a wonderful difference from other services I had tried, as well as doing it myself for years. Although I did not want furniture moved, they went the extra mile and moved my glass dining room table to clean underneath. That's never been done before and since that's where one of our little dog likes to sleep, it sure needed cleaning! A great job at a great price. I'm recommending them to all my friends and will certainly use them again.

Everything went excellent. They called before arrival. Upon arrival they introduced themselves , then did a survey of the job requested and explained everything in detail. They moved furniture when needed and replaced when done. They were very professional and answered all our questions.

When I first contacted him to get information, he returned my call in a timely fashion. He showed up exactly when he said he would to give me an estimate which I thought was extremely fair. He did give me an Angie's List discounted price. The carpets were cleaned on the day we agreed upon. I greatly appreciate business owners who do what they say they're going to do. I had an appointment for them to come out on a Monday. I called to re-schedule and they were very understanding. I requested that they give me a courtesy call prior to their arrival which they did. They worked quickly, were on time, very professional and I would definitely use them again.

I'll never look anywhere else. The rugs are so clean and the citrus fragrance is wonderful.
