Description of Work: We had to have our roof replaced. The work was completed, but the next heavy rain caused a leak. The company fixed it and since then, no more leaks. Our biggest complaint is that two weeks later, we are still picking up cigarette butts! This is the reason for a "B" grade instead of an "A"

+ -1 moreThe work was slow to start and a little frustrating on the time of arrival and departure due to a change in time zones. The weather did not help the matter with the excess rain and freeze conditions that slowed the process. Overall I am satisfied with the work preformed.
Description of Work: Removed old shingles replaced felt upgraded wood deck install new 30yr shingles
